good cloth's steamer.
The media could not be loaded. I have a rule, before I buy any thing, I always reading manufacture description. I was looking for professional heavy duty hanging clothes steamer and gave a shot for this one. I would say, it is powerful steamer, as described it is 1450W and produces 266℉. Yes, I agree after I start using, it released high temperature steam and I was able to quickly finish my whole laundry basket for the all week. It has two low setting for thinner fabrics and high setting for thicker fabrics. I steamed my resently washed curtains and it gave good result. I hanged them with the wrinkles with a hope that it will disappear by itself, but didn't happened. Another experiment was steam a bed sheet wright on my bed. And it came out fine, quick and easy. It took less time than before I used my iron. It is good in case if I need to steam thinner fabric, don't need to worry if it leave some spots. I like that it has 2.2 L water tank and it can last for a big basked of cloths and I don't need to refill it. It is much easier to steam a dress pants. It takes small space for store it, while I don't use it. I think the steamer will last for a long time.

This steamer is great! It is lightweight and easy to set up
This steamer is great! It is lightweight and easy to set up. The retractable handle makes it easy to store. Heats up in less than a minute. Gets wrinkles out of garments very quickly. I don’t like having wrinkles and iron almost every thing I wear. This steamer has saved me a lot of time in the busy mornings. The product has a very stable base that moves easily. I really liked the hanger that turns so you can steam from either side. The pant hanger also works well for steaming pants. We have bought and worn out several steamers in the past and I like this one better than any purchased so far. Only suggestion would be to include instructions for the attachments.

Highly inconsistent steam flow, heavy LEAKAGE!
I had assembled the unit as soon as it arrived. It was packed nicely and securely and seemed to be of higher quality than what you would expect it to be for the price. Apparently, looks are not everything. As soon as I turned the unit on and the steam began to flow, it seemed to only flow for a few seconds and then shut off completely. I waited a minute or two to see if it comes back on, but it wouldn't. I turned the whole unit off and back on and waited for the steam to come flowing again. Half a minute later, it stopped working again. I lost my patience with just half steamed shirt and turned it off completely. When I tried to move the unit to it's storage area, I noticed a very large leakage beneath where the unit was. My guess is, the inconsistency in steam flow was happening as the water was leaking on the floor instead of going into the steam unit. This is going back ASAP. A huge waste of time, and obviously, money.

Works well
This is my first steamer and I really like it. Its a lot faster than ironing. Assembly was easy and the tank holds a lot of water. It does leave your clothes a little damp, and sometimes leaks. The manual is small with small print. The brush attachment doesnt fit on the head. But all in all a nice steamer. The pole goes up and down, so it fits perfectly under my countertop in my laundry room when not in use. I wish there was a cord wrap and the cord was just a little longer, as my outlet is above my countertop.

Not worth it, potentially dangerous
I am disappointed with the quality of this steamer and have already returned it. I have too many complaints, this is not worth the money. I have used commercial and professional home steamers in the past, I know how to use a steamer. I did test it, it did remove wrinkles from the section I tested on.Good:-The wheels are 360° and move very smoothly over my uneven tiles, no issues with them.-The unit heated up and began producing steady, quiet steam with no spitting or chugging within a couple seconds. I wasn't paying attention so I didn't get to time it, but it was very quick.-The base and back sides of the body stayed cool.-The unit I received did not leak.Bad:-Even if this unit worked perfectly, I would have returned it because of the hanger that attaches to the top of the pole. There is nothing that keeps it locked into place so every time I would want to raise the pole, the hanger would come flying off. Oh, and the hanger also swivels...every time I moved the unit...even sometimes when I didn't.-The unit over-all is not very stable, it feels wobbly and I am concerned about it tipping during use.-The hook to hold the steamer head, while it holds it very well, does not let go easily. I cannot take the steamer head off the hook with one hand.-The metal spring around the base of the steam hose gets VERY hot, to the point that I could have burned my hand. This is not safe around children. I had to drag my baby away from it so she wouldn't get close to the base. My previous steamer had a spring as well and it never got hot.-The drain plug is smaller than a dime. A DIME.-I can't tell if there is a power issue or not, it kept shutting off after I took off the tank but there was still water inside. It also would not turn on after I drained the unit, so maybe auto shut off? It did shut off with water and the tank in place as well.-Pay attention when closing the water tank, the threads are very skinny and the cap kept screwing on crooked. Took about 4 tries to get it straight.-The water tank is made of cheap plastic, the kind that warps when heated.-The clip to attach the pants press is small and thin, I was worried I would snap it.If I had kept this steamer, I'm sure I would have had more complaints. I received it and knew from one look after setting it up that it would not be staying. I gave it a shot, you know the whole don't judge a book by its cover thing, but looks were not deceiving, it was as bad as it looked. I will now be looking for a more stable unit with a two-legged pole and a larger base.Photos:1. over-all2. head in hook3. spring at base of hose4. note on water tank5. under side of hanger6. how hanger "attaches" to the pole7. shirt before - wrinkled8. shirt after - not wrinkled9. drain plug size

Compact and functional Steamer
I have a steam iron for years, it works great on ironing general clothes on the ironing table, but not good at steaming hanging clothes, not to speak of silk blouses. So I searched a lot and finally purchased this steamer, and I am really satisfied with this purchase. First of all, it is easy to assemble, it just takes me 10 minus or less to assemble it by following the instructions. Second, it is very compact than I thought, it can be stored in a closet without occupying too much space. There are two levels of steam temperature, I just tried the low level, the steam is generous and consistent, it works great on my silk blouses and other blouses. So far I am really happy with this steamer!

It does the work, but not professional as advertised
I always wanted this kind of steamer for my silk clothes since the time I had a chance to work with such device while working in retail. I chose this one as it was advertised as professional heavy duty and the price seemed reasonable. I played with it all weekend and here is what I found:1. It does NOT provide 80 min of continuous work. I filled the tank full and used it on low setting and all I could achieve was 30 min of work before it started making sounds and turned off.2. It drips water on the fabric all the time. Sometimes so bad that the fabric feels drenched, not steamed.3. The hanger is the most ridiculous thing: it collapses on its own every 5 minutes and the garment ends up on the floor, drenched in water and all wrinkled again.I did manage to complete the job by using my own hanger and refilling the tank 3 times to get 90 min of work, but I would not buy it had I known what it takes to do it. With the lockdown it seems too much hassle to return it, so I have no choice but to keep it, but not happy with it at all.

Great way to unwrinkle your clothes
Bought this after getting my summer clothes out from my closet. Most of my clothes we're wrinkled. It took me about 40 minutes to finish and there were no problems. Came with brushes and gloves, which were a nice bonus.Happy with how fast and easy I was.able to just start steaming
