Low cost= junk
I don't leave bad reviews often but these aren't with the $10 for the set. Cheap, flimsy and wouldn't stay snapped together. I could have 3d printed better parts. I guess this is a case of getting what you pay for... Low cost= junk

Saves ya fingers
Man, these things are a finger tip saver. In all seriousness, they are handy to have. They work well and at that price we all know they aren't built to last forever.

I give 3 Stars for average
I was disappointed upon seeing these--lighter, "flimsier" than expected but they work. I had to tape the "taco" together as the snaps don't hold at all. This makes it more awkward to put wires in and take them out. That would be my biggest complaint. It took a minute to figure out the right way to operate it (there were not instructions.) The key is to put more pressure against the Out side of the device, otherwise the wires come right back out of the loom. BUT overall the use of such a device, no matter who makes it, is a Wonderful idea. Putting wires in a loom without such a thing is very time consuming. I hadn't realized how much until I got these.

It works for long oxygen tubing!
There are 2 devices available to insert cable {in my a 1/4" case oxygen tube} into a split loom. This device splits the loom open, allowing the tube to "drop in" the opening. To do this both the loom & tube are stretched out parallel and alongside each other. The other {I think it's called The Loom Insertion Tool} device is intended to carry the tube with it, pulling the entire length of the loom. For my oxygen tube, that's either 25' or 50' which is a lot of drag. I guess I could say either one is great for short lengths. I agree this is a very flimsy tool, but should work for many more times. From the photos, note the tool is moving in the direction of the "long" end, as it drops the oxygen tube into the loom. Lay both next to each other, as the tool moves along, the green tube drops into the loom.

Saves so much time
I do car audio, security, and convenience. So a lot of loom. These are great. The small looks too big for 1/4" but works fine especially once you develop a technique. Astonished at the bad reviews complaining about build quality etc. These are $8 for two SPECIALTY tools. If you want them made of carbon fiber and aramid keep dreaming. Yes they have to be pinched during use. This isn't difficult. They work and should last a long time.

Junk. Don't waste your time or money.
These things are useless.. They don't hold together for half a second.. Don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money.. Absolutely worthless.. Buy a set that are one piece and injection molded, not snap together junk..
