I felt a need to review these -was sad to see they hadn't been reviewed
I felt a need to review these -was sad to see they hadn't been reviewed!First the background. I live in New England and my bean boots weren't keeping my legs warm enough on bitter cold days. I wanted something to keep my legs warm but I didn't want to have something tall I had to lace up so pull on was the choice. I also didn't want something with a lot of fur or lace. I grew up riding so muck boots are something I was familiar with but I didn't want something so clunky (I had the original ones and they are so heavy)I found these and they are amazing. Honestly they remind me of hunter welliesin look and fit but they have neoprene inside which makes them nice and warm. I have bigger calves (17in) and the neoprene at the top makes these comfortably fit. They could probably even fit a slightly larger calf.

Tight opening
Exactly what you expect with muck. I have athletic calves and 5'10". I wanted a tall wide calf rain but that would stand the test of time. I took a chance on this boot because Muck does not give circumference descriptions. I am disappointed. They are 16" openings with the banding rolling in slightly. No chance of muck getting inside the boot! If I roll the neoprene down I can get my foot in and out quickly. It also makes shoving my jeans in the boot easier. They look great and have the good quality I would expect form Mucks. I am sure they will last a long time.

I love these boots
I love these boots! Bought as a replacement for some Hunter boots that cracked after a year of use. These are so much better, the lining is warm and comfortable, the neoprene around the top sits perfectly so the boots don't feel to big or small around the calf. They're heavy to walk in compared to average shoes, but much lighter than most snow boots. I've had them for nearly a year, worn regularly in mud and water and they still look new!! Could not recommend more!

Fits Like a Glove
First of all, this is a high quality boot. You can tell by the way it looks, but then the feel of the boot is fantastic and well-made. I bought these for my daughter since she's in 4H and around animals frequently. Her last pair cracked all over and weren't insulated, so she was especially excited that these boots have a soft, thin fleece-like layer starting at the top and all the way down into the foot. I read other reviews about sizing up and I'm glad I did. She normally wears an 10, but we got her an 11 and they fit great! I'm thinking I'll buy myself a pair now after seeing how nice they are, and they are really cute as well. She chose the Navy Meadow ones and they are even cuter in person! We're looking forward to her wearing these boots for a very long time.

The holy grail!
After many failed attempts and a lot of money wasted on painfully ill-fitting boots, I finally found a pair of waterproof, insulated rubber boots that fit me and are reasonably priced! I work outdoors in the Pacific Northwest and I've had it up to here with freezing cold feet all winter, but I've been reluctant to buy insulated boots because they are usually so expensive. When I saw these for less than $100 in a size 6 I couldn't order them fast enough! That said, I was sure they wouldn't fit, or there would be something else wrong with them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are a true size 6 and true to regular width, but with a little extra room in the overall fit so you can wear thick padded socks for extra warmth and comfort without making the boots too tight. They are so comfy on my feet, and they don't pinch painfully across the toe box like every other pair of women's size 6 rubber work boots I've worn. They also aren't huge and floppy in the calves like all the men's size 4 rubber work boots I've worn! The height is perfect (I'm 5'2 and they come up just below my knees) and they fit snugly around my calves with a pair of thick socks, but they aren't too tight (I'm 120 lbs with average-sized calves, not super skinny.) The boots keep my feet dry when I'm working in shallow water and have just enough extra room that I can wear them over my stocking-foot neoprene waders when I'm working in deeper water. I did a little happy dance at work today!

Ended up just getting mine directly from The Muck Boot Company
These are fine but, the sizing for some reason was inconsistent and they felt awkward, think maybe they are knock offs.... I don't know, but, The Muck Boot Company does free returns on everything for any reason, they ship the return label with your item so you don't even have to print one out - much easier to just order from them directly and you know youre getting true Mucks that way

Favorite Boots
These are the best boots. We have 8 months of cold, ice and possible snow where I live, and I needed boots that would handle that without being big and clunky. They have arch support, which is hard to find in boots. The tread on them is great, I haven’t slipped on the ice yet. They’re warm, but not too warm with a pair of thick socks, and they are really cute, so I’m basically going to live in them. I have killed so many pairs of rain boots, it is really worth it to spend the extra money and invest in good boots that will last!

Felt very comfortable as soon as I put them on
Felt very comfortable as soon as I put them on. Was able to tromp around the forest and going through the puddles and small dreams while on the 4 wheeler pand stayed dry. So happy I made the decision to purchase these with the higher "protective" front.

After only one year.. disappointed
Disappointing. I’m glad I waited a year to review these as I finally thought I’d found the perfect wellies for farming! The fit was good, they were very comfortable but sadly after only one year there’s a split that’s formed in one of them. Very disappointing! If you want wellies for real work.. not just dog walking or country strolls then maybe these aren’t strong enough for you😕

Stylish but rub.
These are very stylish when it comes to wellington boots. However I have found that if you wear them for long walks then they do tend to rub the backs of your feet. They are also very difficult to get off and I usually need help to get them off.

Comfortable but need to size up
So far, these seem excellent. Comfortable although I did size up from a 6 to a 7 which was definitely needed. This price was good for the make but still quite pricey. If they don't last at least a couple of years without splitting I will be very disappointed. More later .....

Comfortable, warm, fully waterproof.
After trying on every other brand of similar boot out there, I concede Muck Boots are the best. Great fit, fully waterproof (even the neoprene section), super warm, grippy sole and amazingly comfortable with the moulded foot bed. I would buy again.

Very nice, VERY small
Great looking boots, quality finish. BUT way too small. Couldn’t get them over my ankle even with bare feet! Ordered my normal size but the ankle area seems about 2 sizes too small.
