I keep reordering! No weird taste like some fish oils

I don’t review products often. I’ve been taking these consistently since sept ‘22 and it’s July ‘23 now and I’m just now ordering another bottle. These definitely work. It took around 3-4 months to start seeing results in my hair and 6 months in my nails (the fish oil needs to build up in your body). My nails used to fold in half to the point of touching the skin below and they would break super, super easily. Now I can put a large amount of pressure on the end of my nail and it hardly waivers. I also have lots of baby hairs and notice less fall out and breakage in my hair. YES it did take awhile to see results but so worth imo especially since you get plenty of pills per bottle to see these rewards. Another huge plus for me is the taste. I really don’t ever get fishy burps. I’ve noticed it maybe a handful of times in the 8ish months I’ve been taking these. Definitely recommend this product!!

I don’t eat as well as I should, but I want all the health benefits, so I bought these capsules. I do admit the taste is not the best, and the burps after do remind me of the sea, but my hair and skin never looked better!
