Shoes arrived on time in a box within a bag. The box was completely smashed which put a hole in the bag. The shoes were actually poking out of the package. The heel of one shoe was inverted onto it self. It popped back fine so no problem. The problem with the shoes is that there isn’t enough structure to make them stable. The heel around the back of the shoe is pliable so when I stepped, my foot wobbled all around. Not safe at all. This would all be okay if it were a flat. Definitely returning.The positive is that the shoe does look like the picture. Runs small.

Nowhere in the description was there any mention of these shoes being suede, that I could see. Also, the "low" heel is a good 3". In addition, they look more black than olive. I can't wear these shoes but since I recently made a return, I'll just donate these to a local shelter.

I got size 7 and they fit well. I didn't have any issues with the heel rubbing like some pumps do on me. Always get compliments when I wear these too! My only complaint is that they are squeaky when walking around in a quiet office (around the toe area). I know its weird but, this could easily be remedied by wearing tights.

Oh my gosh! I love this shoe! I don’t have a wide foot, but so many shoes just don’t have toe room. I’m have “hobbit” feet in that I have a size 5.5-6 foot with short piggies. This shoe is comfortable even with no hosiery. There are not scrappy or sharp edges that cut me. I have tried wide foot shoes to accommodate my slightly wider than normal foot, and they are too wide.... I will buy more shoes from this company... my new forever company. ❤️
