This is a review of the Kingston ValueRAM 4GB 1333MHZ DDR 3 Non - ECC Desktop MemoryAdding memory is one of the easier things you can do to boost your speed of your PC and allow your PC to handle multi-tasking and more intensive tasks with ease. Pending on how much you upgrade to, it may be a night and day difference in some older lower memory systems.Bad memory can lead to some massive headaches as bad memory can cause boot problems, blue screens of death, etc. Not worth trying to find the cheapest.Highly suggest buying the largest memory GB your PC - device supports and not purchase several smaller ones. While they may a little cheaper, if you do this and need to upgrade, you just wasted some money as some memory would have to be removed to install the new. If you buy a big chip, you can continue to add chips until the board is maxed out and never have to remove small unusable modules.Summary - I repair and work on computers in my spare time. I have learned Kingston memory is very reliable and is almost always compatible. If you want to game or be on the leading edge, this memory module is not going to be your thing. If you are buying this to run a work PC or general use PC, this is perfect.The memory installed perfectly fits perfect and worked flawlessly since day one. (Can not recall ever working on a PC which had a bad Kingston Memory Module now that I think of it.)This memory module is a DDR 3 single 4GB memory module that runs at 1333mhz. (240 pin registered DIMM)Reasons I went with this particular model for a recent repair was a height limitation above the memory (ram) slots due to the type of cooler being used. This particular chip is very low profile and does not stick up very high like most other modules.If there was any question, Kingston's lifetime warranty and free technical support is always a great thing.Lastly, if you are buying a computer, never buy one for the main reason it comes with tons of memory. Memory is one of the cheaper and easier upgrades for a computer and if you buy a new pc with lots of ram, they will certainly overprice the memory aspect of the computer.As with all my reviews, I will update this review should this develop any issues with ongoing use.

Working great in my Dell Optiplex 790 desktop computer, with an Intel Core I5-2400 processor, Windows 10 64-bit, Dell A18 bios. I ordered two of these 4G Kingston RAM sticks. Previously, my Dell Optiplex 790 had 4gb of ram (2 x 2gb). Now it's screaming along with 12 gb of ram. A great value and great upgrade. This should give me a few more years before I have to buy another computer.
