nice soft, stretchy, good adherence, advise clean skin thoroughly and shave area before application. It sticks better and comes off with less swearing.I would say its not quite as sticky as another brand, but that does not necessarily make it a lesser tape to me. The kinesiology tape I ordered, after having it recommended by my physio, arrived by the agreed delivery date. It was well packaged and was just as stated.The tape is very easy to apply and stays on even when wet.I am using it for supporting my knees for strenuous use.When I ordered this product there was even a download for how it can and should be used.A very helpful and courteous company to deal with.

This item doesn't work for me. Doesn't adhere to skin in fact it started rolling off straight way and, therefore, doesn't actually provide any support.I'm still waiting for the link to the online application guide too, been a couple of weeks since I received delivery of the product.Won't be using this brand again.

After trying many other products like this I can honestly say I have found this tape to be excellent. No problem with the tape moving once applied. It arrived before the time stated and it has been very successful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again and would recommend anyone to buy it. I will be ordering again from this company.

It is quite a thin tape compared to other i have used .it doesn't stick very well.takes practice to put on .lucky if it stays on a day.good size roll an delivered quickly

Good item. Works as expected. Stick well even when very hot and sticky (used for hockey tour in Singapore and Australia!). Great colour. No skin irritation (daughter has had skin reaction to similar products in the past). Will purchase again.

Doesn't stick for long. I have used other brands in past they seem good thought I try this one it was waste of money.
