Well packaged up with chrome lines and handles too. Not to hard to assemble, the coals tray is the most difficult. Its a big BBQ, so suitable for a family do. All in all the value for money is excellent for this BBQ and I'll be looking forwards to the Missus slaving over it :). Really worth the cost, comes from Germany in 5 days.

This was the worst thing that I've ever tried to put together, instructions were very small pictures which you couldn't see properly or follow and it states that it is made of iron but it's not , it's steel. Give up in the end and sent it back. Still waiting for refund!!! Would not recommend this to anyone.

Great barbecue, arrived on time, no missing pieces, pretty easy to assemble, and it's a good size.

Good bbq. Did the job. Little cheaper quality than expected. Couple of dents on the lid and body which meant they didn’t line up well (but we needed it for an organised event so didn’t bother trying to send back) Mechanism inside to raise and lower grill feels quite cheap n doesn’t seem like it will last long. Certainly a decent wee bbq though. We managed to improvise a fix for closure. Good heat and all food was cooked well. Did the job.

I never usually write product reviews, however on this occasion it’s a must!I consider myself quite savvy when it comes to building flat packed items, but when it came to this product, I felt like I needed an engineering degree. The build instructions are horrendous - small pictures, poor labelling, missing/unreadable sections etc. I kept on constructing parts and then deconstructing! The product nearly ended up in the river two or three times through frustration!In the end I ditched the instructions and found it easier to do my own thing, with additional bolts, screws etc. from my own supply. Not cooked anything in it yet - but I have nightmares that it is just going to explode/fall apart!All I can say is it’s the worst product I’ve EVER put together and if you proceed - good luck!

I have had may BBQs before including gas but this has been the best value for money.

My review needs to cover the whole experience of ordering this item, arrived swiftly, however no nuts,bolts,screws, hinges or handles in package. The supplier provided a free return label, however the item (according the box) weighs between 27 & 29 kilos, I had to carry the item to a Post Office to send it back, no collection from my home !! They wouldn't send a replacement until the item was returned, I can sort of understand because I guess some people may not return the item but still frustrating when it's difficult to get the item to a post office. The second one arrived, initially seemed OK, but as I started to put it together I found a part that should have been welded had become detached and a tray was bent, I was still able to build as some bolts held it in place. There were a few nuts/bolts missing but I had some of my own that I could use to complete. I found the instruction diagram (no written instructions) unhelpful, very small diagrams which didn't clearly explain how to construct, most people will work it out just not clear.It seems to me from opening the second package that I was missing one box in the first package that held all the items that were missing, would have been so much better if that box could have been sent separately to me, rather than me rebox everything and then get it to a post office to be returned, would have been much quicker and a much better customer experience.The item when built works well, being able to raise/lower the charcoal allows food to cook not burn, good height so no bending when cooking,cleans well after use and seems sturdy when in use.

Anleitung viel zu klein geschrieben und unpräzise was das aufbauen betrifft.!!Stundenlanges aufbauen ,musste mich beherrschen den Holzkohlegrill nicht auf den Müll zu schmeißen!!!Niemals wieder!!!!!!!

Gran barbacoa, estamos muy contentos con la compra. Incluso hemos mirado para comprarla como regalo pero estaba agotada. 100% recomendable.

Conforme au descriptif, montage difficile, le mode d'emploi est a revoir car pas très lisible, attention à la livraison car des chocs sont repartis sur plusieurs pièces, précision des vis sur le plan à revoir. Sinon satisfait du résultat une fois monté. Pas encore essayé pour la solidité

No está mal. Pero los acabados son malos. Por ejemplo.: Los puntos de soldadura son muy débiles. La bandeja donde se deposita el carbón, una de las esquinas tiene rotas todas las soldaduras. El tirador de esta misma bandeja los agujeros que deberían venir roscados no lo están, esto implica que hay que pasar un macho y hacer la rosca tu mismo si quieres ponerlo. El libro de instrucciones está muy mal detallado ya que los tornillos que indican que debes de utilizar no vienen marcados en bolsas independientes.
