After using a grounding mat for a few weeks, I decided to get this sheet, based on the reviews, though few, which were very good. I use a sleep app and saw a dramatic increase in REM sleep and overall sleep quality right away.My husband has more sleep issues and he noticed that he was dreaming much more and sleeping better even thoughhe doesnt use a sleep app. It isn't a cure-all, but has made a big difference for us. We ordered another one to rotate while washing. The sheet is comfortable, with a long cord to reach the wall on either side of the bed and I wash it with a gentle detergent per the instructions so that it prolongs the sheets' effectiveness. I highly recommend this sheet for those who want to get better quality sleep.

I was asked to review this product the day after the night it was delivered and it had yet to be installed. The grounding sheet arrived when promised and it appears to be as advertised. We put it on our bed last night according to the included directions. We slept on it with some exposed skin. After one night neither my wife nor I could tell any difference in our pain levels. In all fairness, we think the product deserves at least a few days of trial. We STILL have hopes that the grounding principle will provide us some relief. Stay tuned.......It has now been almost 2 weeks sleeping on the grounded sheet. I am sorry to say that neither my wife nor I have noticed any pain relief so far and it hasn't helped us sleep. Stay tuned.....ALAS..It has now been several weeks since the grounding sheet has been installed. I am sorry to report that neither my wife nor I have noticed ANY relief from our arthritis symptoms. It was worth a try.

wasn't sure of what to think of this. 200 usd is not cheap for a sheet.at first when you lay on it in the evening you feel like all the electricity flows of you but that feeling goes away quick.what I noticed is that I wake up more refreshed, like I've spent more time in a deep sleep.initially I thought that this is a coincidence, but after 3 nights, this persisted.I'm optimistic.

These sheets are fascinating, I have two days of using them and I usually wake up with a lot of pain, especially my back, but from the first night of sleeping on these sheets, no more pain, also I wake up with more energy and incredibly at 6 in the morning it seems that My body has enough rest and I wake up happy and energetic, when before I just wanted more time to sleep, I really recommend them.
