Just like the other reviewers said, the parts that hold onto the device DO NOT LOCK INTO PLACE safely. It just will slide out if it moves the wrong way. Waste of time. I'm going to just super glue it into place and hope that sticks but it's really disappointing that this kind of product gets shipped out.EDIT 11/9/2020The seller reached out to me and assured me that the pieces do lock in they asked me to check the instruction on amazon once again to make sure it was properly set up.(The mount comes in 2 parts, the CLIP where your tablet or phone will be held and the part that locks into the back. This back part is already put together. You need to loosen the tightening wheel and PULL it off real hard. after doing this the part that locks into the back of the cliff actually looks like the instructions. Then you pop it in and push up really really hard. I felt like I was going to break it. I flipped it over and push again and it popped in and I heard the loud click. There is now way to tell which is the correct side from what I could see) After that you put everything back on and there you go, it's locked in place. though while not super intuitive since I though I would break the damn thing once or twice. It does work as intended. So i'm giving them 5 stars

Great price for the item. It is easy to install and does what it should. I use it for my ipad on my spinning bike. Great simple cheap solution and can use all the apps that one needs. Who needs a Peloton or 1000 dollar bike this gives me the same opportunity for a fraction of the price. YAY ME

My phone doesn’t fit . I have a iPhone 10r it has a 6.1 inch screen and I have it in an otter box case . I it doesn’t fit no matter which way you put it . I haven’t had the chance to check about returning

It doesn’t work. The piece that holds the phone/tablet doesn’t attach securely onto the piece that attaches to the bike. Support is based on gravity. If you accidentally touch your device it will fall. Returning it. I would give it zero stars if possible.

It does not lock the device... your device will fall!!!!!The part that attaches to the handle also slides down with ipad weight.... Do not even if I glued both parts, would it hold my iPad in place! “0 stars”

GARBAGE can't LOCK mount only thg secure is part that goes around handle bars the part u put ur iPad or Phone in2 DOESN'T LOCK in place so when u r SPINING ur iPad or Phone is goin 2 fall & BREAK

The device is adjustable in many ways and works very nicely.
