This does NOT work
This is a waste of money- even the scraper is no good and it takes forever to heat up. I trashed it after trying and waiting for it to heat up! Do not buy this- it does not work!!!

does not work
we purchased last winter and thankfully did not need to use it.. plugged it in yesterday and it did not heat up after an hour, tried in both cars,, and without heat it is a really bad scraper,, absolutely useless.
