BechtleNoodle Egg Bavarian

We became fond of spatzele when living in Germany years ago and had not found a good quality product in the US until this one. We occasionally make German dishes at home and use it for those.

A terrific substitute from plane noodles. It's not as good as the real McCoy but comes pretty close.

Great product to use when you don’t hytime to make homemade

I've had these noodles before and they're delicious! I totally recommend them to anyone who can eat them and not hate life afterwards. No complaints with them.HOWEVER, these arrived in one of those paper-bag-like envelopes. Fragile bagged noodles shipped in a bigger bag. Who does that? These people, apparently. So we now have much smaller noodles than I was expecting because they were partially crushed while in transit. If I wanted small pasta I'd just buy orzo or couscous. Or any other pasta and crush it myself.I completely recommend the product, but recommend you find it in an actual store, or at least from someone who understands that pasta should actually be in a box if it's being shipped.PS I got in contact with Amazon and was assured this wouldn't happen again.

Makes great Mac-N-Cheese!

Spaetzle can be hard to find and is difficult to make. This works great, delicious, cooks up well and adds a new dimension to old favorites when used instead of my regular pastas.

This Spetzle is great. Just like served in Europe.

I loved the flavor, noodle size, density, and overall quality of these noodles.
