Anji Mountain Natural Fiber Kitchen and Bath Mat, Natural, 20 x 32-Inch

I got this as a bath mat to replace a memory foam mat my wife had purchased. I don't like mats that soak up water and potentially grow bacteria. Overall I think that this is a nice looking accesspory. However, it has a non-skid backing that does hold water. I noticed that there were dark spots on the face of the wood. When I turned it over I found that the backing was soaking wet. I set it up on it's side and it dried out and the wood went back to it's original color. But just be aware that this can happen.

I have found a great kitchen mat. I love the length and the semi glossy finish. It's not shiny but enough that you know it'll be easy to wipe off any potential messes. The backing holds well to my tile floor and does not slide around. the slates are all individual and feel great under my feet. It is quite comfortable to stand on for extended periods of time cooking and prepping in my kitchen. The color is natural looking as it is the bamboo showing through the finish that is put on top to help 'waterproof' it. I am looking forward to using this for a long time.

I used it as added interest in a headboard. I just propped it up for now, until I sand and stain headboard. LOVE the look. Would buy it again.

i thought it was nice, just a little pricey for what it was.

Stays in place on existing wood floor, cushiony, wipes easily. Will be buying another for frequently walked areas and in the kitchen

This product is perfect to place on heavy traffic areas to protect the wood. I wouldn't place them in the kitchen since water damages their backing material.

These mats are great looking and unobtrusive over a hardwood floor. They're in a kitchen, but I didn't want the typical "kitchen" mat look (coffee cups, flowers, etc.); also these don't skid. They're pretty flat and, at least so far, no one has tripped over them.

This mat is listed as a kitchen and bath product because of its features. However, I bought it to be placed over the natural oak hardwood floor in my hall closet. With this mat, I now feel comfortable placing wet footwear, umbrellas and hanging jackets in the closet because the floor is protected. The color of this mat complements my flooring very well. The price is very reasonable and it has proven itself during the few months I've used it thus far.
