I experienced my first night taking this product and upon waking this morning I was impressed. I'm a therapist who specializes in trauma treatment, and sometimes it's hard to sleep well. When I woke this morning, I realized I had written a book in my dreams! I'd written the whole book including the title and designed the cover! Pretty amazing really. I feel calm and yet energized. I highly recommend it.

I think these work great I have been sleeping well and getting my 7+ hours not sure if it’s the gummy’s but I have been waking up early

These gummies work really well. I originally found the kids’ version, which works wonders on my kids. I’m not as big of a fan of the taste and texture of the adult version for the kids; however, they do work just as well but are a bit stronger. These are a great option for anyone that struggles with pills as the taste is pleasant. They work rather well as long as you give them a chance. I find taking them and lying down in bed and reading a book has been the most effective way to use these. I find that if I try and watch TV after taking these, I have a little bit harder time falling asleep versus reading my book. All that said, I would give these a try if you were looking for a melatonin supplement.

Taste and smell are good there is no side effects You will have the best sleep of your life and will wake up like new

Ordered it twice. First time was great! Very effective at falling asleep. Second time: not so much. The gummies smelled and tasted weird. Won't be ordering this again
