It could have been heavier by one or more pounds
This product came with no instructions to clean and maintain. I was born and raised in India. It is is good product, it is just not heavy enough. One should clean it with slice of lemon and salt, wipe it clean with damp cloth and immediately rub cooking oil to prevent rust. You can also clean with baking soda and distilled white vinegar.

Waste of money
Roughly made. Color ran from 'brass' handles. Cant clean the marks on it. Portions with rusty dots

deep fried ok, but its not the iron kadai I was looking for.

Very small in size
It’s too small in size. You can only cook very small quantity of food in it. Otherwise it’s good
