Has cut down on snoring
if you are old enough to remember the Three stooges or the darlins family from the Andy Griffith show and the sounds they made while sleeping, that is my wife ! It has cut down most of the snoring and has allowed me to get some sleep !! We tried the snoring device that fits in your mouth and it made her gums sore. Plus was very bulky in her mouth. Thank goodness for this device !!!!!!!!!!

Bit silly-looking but most effective I've tried so far for snore-free sleeps!
I am hardly the worst snorer in the world, but they can get quite...heady, whenever I lie on my back. Consequently, I try my best to sleep on my side, especially in consideration to my partner, who is annoyingly quiet and/or snores only when I am sound asleep. Unfortunately, I’m also a tosser, so… I almost always end up on my back at some point for a significant portion of the night. I also don’t get enough sleep, try as I might, and that is also a huge factor in how bad they can get. This product has strangely helped with both! I find that the strap is light, but of a thick enough fabric that I am generally keeping my head (and neck, and rest of body) in line with the same position I fell asleep in. It’s also weirdly comfortable. Like, I do mean weirdly so. Not just in fabric-to-skin feel or anything, but like...a weighted blanket for your jaw. If that makes sense? (It probably doesn’t, but I need to go find a weighted blanket after I write this.) It’s secure and comfortable, and keeps my mouth from falling open and getting my Texas Chainsaw Massacre caliber snores out (and keeps the morning-breath out, too, woof), and I look incredibly elegant and attractive all through the night sleeping with it on, if I do say so myself. But seriously, it’s been a good buy, especially since I’ve tried two other brand’s similar models, and I’ve found this one to be the best-fitting (my boyfriend tried it too and seemed to like it, but he said he appreciated seeing me sleep with it too much on to take it from me), most comfortable/snuggly fabric, and effective without waking up with any sort of strange jaw pain/soreness. Low-effort and affordable snore solution without having to drain my sinuses with an netty pot, hooray!

Excellent solution to my snooring problems. 100% recommended
I was looking for something to help me with my snooring problems. I found this product and it has really helped me to get a better sleep. Now I am feeling fresh every morning and I have started to breathe by the nose. This item is very comfortable and easy to use. It helped me and I am sure it can help you. I recommend it!

Awesome
Better than expected..I had my doubts but the product was amazing! It helped me stay quite at night so everybody could sleep. It is easy to wear at night and very stretchy for a good fit. The fabric is very gentle and does not irritate. For 11 dollars it is worth the buy

Works ok but I have used better
The hooks of the hook and loop system come off the strap and I find a couple every morning either in my hair or on the pillow. I may use this one as my travel anti snore chin strap but not as my everyday.

Didn't work for wife
Didn't fit my wife's head well. She tried it two nights and couldn't wear it all night. She said it made her jaw hurt. Returned

comfortable product
I use it with cpap I like it. Not sure if it will eliminate snoring on its own.

Worthless & Ineffective
Absolutely useless. Just makes it miserable to try to sleep but when you do, you snore anyway. Waste of money.....
