The perfect keto replacement for spaghetti
This is my go-to "pasta"; I use it to replace spaghetti in my diet. It is easy to use--rinse in a colander, drain, dry by rolling in a clean dishtowel, and add to whatever dish is being prepared. When I serve spaghetti and meat sauce, I just add it after rinsing, draining, and drying to the pan with the meat sauce and let it simmer a couple of minutes. It absorbs the flavor of the sauce (or whatever it is being used in). It does not have a flavor of its own nor does it smell like anything. It's like regular spaghetti which doesn't have much flavor or smell either. I really love that I can purchase this in its plastic container (which includes two separate bags of spaghetti) and it keeps in the kitchen cabinets. Great product with only 1 gram of carb per serving. This product is a main stay in my kitchen. It also makes great parmesan shrimp with spaghetti!!

As a diabetic I get to have spaghetti again- YAY!!!!!
I was initially afraid to spend so much money for a food product that I never had before and wasn't sure if I'd like it, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised! Although it is cost-prohibitive for many economically struggling diabetics like myself, it is a VERY good product that allows me to be able to eat some of my favorite 'normal people' foods that I thought I'd never be able to have again since I was diagnosed. Being diabetic is hard enough with all the problems that go with that - employers unwilling to hire you/accommodate your daily medical needs as a diabetic, suppressed immunity, unable to have 99% of all over the counter cold/flu remedies, unable to go barefoot (which means no swimming among other things) in order to prevent foot infections that almost always result in amputations, unable to have a beer or a glass of wine with a meal, susceptibility to infections and deadly pneumonia-like complications from routine colds/flu, inability to have many foods and beverages that everybody else can have that they take for granted as normal without having to worry about it impacting their blood sugars, etc. But with this excellent replacement for normal pasta, I can at least have SOME favorite foods again, which helps make life - particularly trying to navigate daily meals and many holiday foods - a little less intolerable for me as a diabetic.

The best imitation pasta and rice product I have found for my keto diet.
We are on keto diet so dont eat pasta or rice. But sure miss it and need it sometimes for recipes we make.Cauliflower rice is a keto go-to but it still has the Cauliflower taste which sometimes changes the favor of the dish I am making. Liviva has it RIGHT.It is the closest I have found to with good flavor and texture. I have spent lots of money trying so many different brands with varying unsatisfactory results. This has been the best brand i have found and now can get it at a great price from Amazon.

Ordered the spaghetti noodles and got the rice shaped product
I ordered the spaghetti noodles and ended up getting the rice shaped shirataki. Oddly enough that's what I was actually wanting to try but didn't want to pull the plug, so I'm not that mad about it. Although, I hope this doesn't happen in the future. The rice shaped shirataki was better than I thought, although it tastes very bland. Luckily it had no smell of dead fish like Miracle Noodles does. It looks and feels like rice, but I would compare the texture to tapioca balls. I think it would be great in a curry or another dish that has a lot of sauce to cover this in. To the eye it definitely gives the illusion of rice. Giving it 4 stars because I did not receive the intended product.

Beware the quality of the noodles.
Starting off, I absolutely love these noodles and have found them to be a fun and healthy asset to my Keto diet. I have ordered these twice now online, and both times have been disappointed in the quality. Some noodles have a great color, quality and hold their shape, with no deformation. The others were the opposite, they dissolved right in the package and just squished apart, with a brown yellow color, instead of the grey-ish white color, they are supposed to have. The first time I ordered these, a few packages had this problem, and I chalked it up to the company switching their packaging. So I gave it a second go, and ordered again, this time out of 6 packages, 4 whole packages had this problem. Therefore, given the price of this item and that it is not eligible for return, I wanted to make others aware. I'm hoping this kind of issue is temporary and able to be resolved, as would like to continuing ordering this product, but only if this issue has been fixed. Hope this helps.

Good for low carbs
The little bit of oat fiber in Liviva rice is a game changer, compared to other shirataki rice made purely of conjac. The oat fiber makes the product less slippery. Of course, nothing's the same as eating rice that absorbs sauce so nicely. This rice will not absorb sauces, but at least it's not slimy like pure conjac rice. It took me a few times to figure out how to get rid of the excess water in the rice. After draining it, the best method I found is to microwave the rice on a paper towel. Yes, Liviva rice is a few calories more than conjac rice, but oat fiber makes it more palatable. I would buy this again.
