It's great!
I am an adult female, I love this arm guard. It fits me perfectly, I am average build, on the more muscular side. A lot of reviewers complained that it was too small but you really don't need your entire arm covered, most archers wear very minimalist arm guards. There's usually only a small area that gets hit so you'll have to move the guard around a bit to find the sweet spot but then it's great! I tried taking a few shots without it on to get a gauge of how much it helps and it's significant. Without I get some decent licks from the string and they sting a good deal, with the arm guard I barely even notice the string. Very pleased!

very, very small, even on a small arm it only covers a small space. Not protective of entire forearm. Better to spend your money on something bigger.
