The book was easy reading, but I found it quite simplistic. Other than the information about renting out your house for TV and movie use, it was all common sense ideas or things that most people already know about.

The different ideas are divided into chapters of related topics; at the end of the book are a list of all 51 Ideas and a list of footnotes where the ideas can be explored. The author gives the idea, instructions how to make it happen easily, do's and don'ts and cautions about liability. The book is well researched and presented in an organized manner with a few antidotes of funny stories mixed into increase interest. Each small section is labeled with sub-headings so you can go back to an idea and study the one that interests you. The ideas were unique and things I would have never thought about for the most part. If you are looking to make money on your house, this is for you.
