The author comes from a real perspective on relationships and dating. He shares his journey of personal faith, but he's not slapping you over the head with a bunch of scriptures and religious rhetoric. Step-by-step guide of how to value yourself, reel from past trauma, how-to- recognize a wolf in sheep's clothing, trusting God for the outcomes, and pointing you in the direction of your own personal relationship with Jesus Christ, if you don't have one. Reading this book, made me feel like, he was the Big Brother, and I was the little sister, and he was tired of seeing me hurt, so he wrote this book especially for me. His videos on YouTube and the content in his books have helped me have a different view of myself and relationally where a lot of mistakes have been made. It's not God's fault, but results of my own choices! Very encouraging

The book was short and sweet. It was direct and to the point. Gave great information without bashing men. I loved how he emphasized making sure you include God in your search for your partner and you won't be led astray. Also reminds women to stop ignoring the red flags and focus more on yourselves rather than around men.

I just finished reading this book & I must say it was an amazing book to read. I’ve learned a lot of key points about how men & how they lie in relationships.

I have enjoyed all of the books that I have purchased. I have also enjoyed his videos on Youtube. Excellent relationship coach.

I liked that the way this book demonstrates issues from both sides. Simply put, it’s not always a man’s problem, but the fact that we women allow way too much, because of our own issues. This book not only gave me good advice about how to handle certain situations, but it also helped me understand myself, my flaws, and led me to take inventory of what I need to work on within myself.Although the title of this book would capture the attention of more women, I am almost certain that men would get a lot more insight from this book as much as women.

I’ve seen this book out for many years. Finally got it thinking I’d discover enlightening information. It’s pretty straight forward. It does help the woman who is still insecure & finding her way in the dating world. I did get one highlight from it. Monitor how you react to a man’s honesty & that will determine whether he continues to be honest or refrain from full truths (if he’s a decent man).

Great book to help hone one's discernment skills. It was a light and easy read. I finished reading it in just under 3 hours, which includes highlighting and note-taking.The book presented six of the common scenarios that have fooled many women. I'm very thankful for the clarity and the truth with respect to those six scenarios. Thank you Stephan for writing this great book! I highly recommend it to all women, especially young women (I'd say 18 years and older). Hopefully they can avoid the string of heartbreaks that surely await if they don't take the time to educate themselves about the games that men play.

A very interesting read which shows a differing prospective, it is my personal view the majority of females will relate to a lot of the scenarios explained but more importantly it does not speak of males in a negative way but more for females to recognise and accept you no longer have to believe it is what it is so therefore accept unacceptable behavior etc.Lots of useful suggestions to broach conversations in order to discuss in a meaningful way and less of a argumentative approach but more importantly for a female to develop and know her self worth. An excellent read.

This book was easy to read. Reinforces much of what we already know about why ppl behave in certain ways... nothing ground breaking but a good reminder none the less.

My mother language is not english but I could read and understand it very easy.The content is very good and I have already recommend it to female friends.When you read it, you think, "yes - that is so clear", but if you don't get it taught - how can you know it,especially when you didn't have the best example at home. So read it and learn!
