dangerous brakes, 250w motor and dangerously overactive cruise control kicking in within 1-2 seconds
3 problems. 1. Scooter motor is actually 250w not 350w. Even in the manual it says so. 2. The cruise control is over-active and always kicks in witin 1-2 seconds - impossible to ride and no way to disable . 3. Brakes absolutely absolutely weak weak!!! They barely work. Dangerous.

Poor craftsmanship. Buy something else.
After about ten minutes of riding under normal conditions, the front wheel began producing a continuous knocking sound and makes the ride unstable. The breaks also squeak. I wanted to contact the company but there seems to be no way to get ahold of them. I'm returning the scooter and using my money to purchase from a more reputable company. I would advise you do the same.

removable battery electric scooter feature rocks!
I never saw a model with removable battery. i can take out the battery and charge it at home and thus makes great convenience for me for a city daily commuter. I hope they sell the additional battery so i can purchase that as well.

Terrible product
Extremely misleading. The product is cheaply made and brakes down very easily!The battery dies very fast. The brakes give out and both tires deflated because it’s made of very cheap inner tube rubber.
