I have used these before. They work great! They are reusable make sure you follow the directions. They're very easy to use. The heat level is very good. Good value for the money.

I have reused these eye compresses many times. They heat up quickly and provide much relief. I place them in boiling water for 5 mins and they are ready to reuse after they cool. I haven't used all 10 because I keep reusing the ones previously opened. I have styes and this has helped. I keep them near my bed and use them before I get out of bed.

My last review is being edited. These work as listed. However, the directions to reuse are not clear. The bowling water needs to remain boiling and covered to activate them for a future use.Thanks for making these.

It really reliefs dry eyes. Very simple to use and you can use it again by putting it in boiling water for 5 min.

The first time I used the first one it was amazing! However, reusable...absolutely NOT! Tried using the first one the next day. Bent the metal piece a lot but no heat. I'll be sending these back.

For anyone who has styes these work MAGIC!!! I loved these, they got to the perfect heat temp for comfort. I had a bit of trouble with the boil part to reuse, but my error, did not leave them boiling long enough to reset.

These work well the first time. I was able to reuse once but after that, they were no longer reusable. Just crystallized (even though I carefully followed directions).

The product said it's reusable; however, I followed the instructions, and it is not reusable after all.
