This is my first time using something like this and I had pretty low expectations based on the price but thought I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It works pretty well, certain spots can be tough and you have to go over them a few times. You can scrape yourself if you aren’t careful. I have sensitive skin so I put a good face lotion on after using and if seemed to do the trick. I had blonde peach fuzz and it worked, not sure how it would do with thicker or darker hair. But overall it was easy to use and a good value!

I was looking forward to trying out this tool for the "exfoliation" benefits, and of course to remove the peach fuzz along my jawline. Post menopause, I have several coarse hairs that grow on my chin. I've used an epilator device to remove unwanted hair for 13 years. However, I liked the idea of expediting the removal of dead skin cells in hopes that my skin care regime would be more beneficial. My first thought was that shaving facial hair would surely make it grow back coarse and masculine. So I read all the seller information provided before ordering. I was assured that my hair would not grow back coarse. Then, I focused on product reviews which were mostly positive. Silly me, I trusted the product information provided and made the purchase. I used it for the first time and it was just "okay." Holding the tool at an angle so as not to scratch my skin was a challenge. It did not feel smooth as with a nice razor. But my face was smooth and hair free... until... late the next day, at which time I happened to touch my chin. Holy Toledo! It felt like a man's 5 o'clock shadow. The lower aspect of my chin was literally covered in coarse hair. I had to wait one maddening day to allow enough growth to use my epilator and to tweeze the 'whiskers' that the epilator missed. In addition, I had several coarse hairs above my upper lip that had not been there before. It seems as though some users of this tool have had great success with it. I just felt compelled to let you know, the product description should be honest and state that some users may develop more hair growth than before and that the hair may be considerably more disturbing than the previous peach fuzz. I regret this purchase. Please consider investing in an epilator instead. It takes care of facial hair that will not grow back for several days. Use glycolic pads or a good facial exfoliator instead of trying to shave off dead skin cells. Waste of money for me.

Don’t let the dermaplaning tool’s reasonable price fool you. It works great. There is no difference between this product, and the more expensive name brands. You will achieve the same results. Be sure to start with a clean, dry face. Some people prefer to use a facial oil, but I don’t, as I prefer my face to be free from any creams or oils while using. I use it 1-2 times per week to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. This results in the production of fresh, resilient skin cells and stimulates the much needed collagen production that we lose as we age. After dermaplaning, your skin is more receptive to skin care products, so be sure to rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry and follow-up with your favorite serums and moisturizer.

It didn't work as well as I had hoped on my face. So I tried my Billie Razor for Women and that worked perfectly. Wish I had tried my Billie before wasting my money, but I had seen all these reviews and thought it would be a good choice. At least this was much less expensive than the other one advertised.

I can’t say enough about this product. It is fantastic product. It charges easily in a usb plugin it’s worth every penny I paid for it. It was easy to use, not really (for me) difficult. It remixes all the hair on my upper lip and the rest of my face. My razor died and took me a couple weeks (until I got paid) before I could bye it. I was really upsize. It has a safe guard built in. The design feels nice in your hand.

I love my derma plane device! I get clear skin and a reset on the brows plus the rest for the face is clear of any peach fuzz so my make lays so smoothly!Replacing a blade is easy enough and I haven’t cut myself yet which is saying something for these handicapped hands! ;)
