I accidentally ordered a sz XL when I really needed a 2XL.The seller was great in assisting with the return & shipment of my correct size. I am normally anywhere between a sz 14-16, 5' 3" about 222 lbs & the sz 2xl fits great. When I wear it to the gym consistently I truly see results.It is very comfortable for me to wear this under workout clothes. My stomach has gotten flatter & my husband tells me he definitely sees where I am losing inches. Will buy a smaller size once I get there for sure!!

When opening the package I noticed a small hole right side abdomen area, my first response was I'm sending this back, but I decided to get it fix and give it a try! I can honestly say that this suit does work; after just 2 weeks I've lost 6inches from abdomen and back area( back fat), and 5lbs. This is with the combination of 30 minutes on the treadmill 4 days a week. I hardly ever write reviews, but this suit is meeting all of my expectations! 1 less star do to the hole I had to get fixed.

Just got mine in. In record time might I add. It looks exactly like the picture. I followed other reviewers suggestion and got one size up. It being unisex, I shouldn't have. I'm 5'6 234lbs. I wear a 2x in pants. I bought the 3x body suit. It went on easily and is not super snug. It's quite comfortable actually. I'm going to wear it and see if it slides around once I get sweaty. Around my knees it's axially a little loose. I may have to switch it for a smaller size. First impression is great.Gave it a four based on comfort and first impression not on performance.

I'm 5'5" and 240 lbs. I wasn't sure if this would come in my size. I went by my measurements. My bust is 48", waist is 44", hip is 50", and my thighs are 32". I carry my weight in my stomach. After reading some reviews I decided to order the 2X. I wasn't sure if it would fit, but the reviews said the company is very good about exchanging if the size is wrong. It arrived here a few days ago and I tried it on. I thought it wouldn't fit. I had to maneuver to get into it and the main issue was the zipper. Like I said, I carry my weight in my stomach. But I managed to get it on and zipped. I admit, it feels tight, but I have full range of motion. I can bend, squat, lift my arms and everything. It's really light weight and feels thin around my butt. I feel all of the air. Lol. I'm wearing it right now and I want to see if it will make me sweat even without working out.Update:After wearing the suit for just one hour just lying on the bed, I definitely felt the sweat when I took the suit off. Only problem is the suit is really hard to get out of.

Im 5'6 227lbs. I wear a size 16 in pants and a 2X in tops. I'm mostly top heavy; with narrow hips and small legs but broad shoulders and large midsection. I ordered the 2X and the suit fits very snug and perfect.I'm not all that interested in the bottom half of the suit because I want to accelerate my weight loss in my mid section and top half of my body - but I'll take it because this seems to be the best option.I'll post another review in 5 weeks if trying it out.

This suit is the bomb...I got a XL, I was 220lbs, after 3wks of using suit to exercise in, I am now 206, I have not changed my diet or exercise regimen.

I use this with the sweet sweat ointment. I apply the ointment on target areas and then wear the suit. At the gym, on a treadmill I run at 5.0-6.0 for 30 minutes and then walk at 3.0 on a 5.0 incline for the remaining 30 minutes. I do this routine on an empty stomach in order to glucose deplete while running and then default to aerobic metabolism while walking on the incline. I monitor my heart rate using my Fit Bit to ensure that I keep my heart rate within the fat burning zone when I am walking. My weight fluctuates sometimes. When I need to loose weight quickly, this is my absolute go to routine. I have done this routine with and without the Body Spa. I can absolutely tell the difference. The Body Spa concentrates my body heat, increases my metabolism and makes me sweat! I can only wear it for 1 Hr. It gets really hot! Also, it is a bit embarrassing to be soo sweaty! When I take it off I am completely soaked and have to change to an entire new set of clothes. Since I have lost a couple of inches, I am now purchasing two more in medium. Try it out! I highly recommend it.
