Very sturdy, open view design, colors do not fade
I am trying to attract Orioles to my backyard. I wanted a large Oriole feeder that would provide grape jelly, orange halves and meal worms, which I read were favorit of these bright colorful birds. I know that Orioles exist in central Oklahoma, because I saw one, briefly, last Spring in my backyard. This particular feeder, at $50, should last for decades, because it is made from recycled plastic, and the color is not supposed to fade over time. As a former Marine, I would describe it's sturdiness as "Marine-proof" and "built like a tank." If you are a serious bird feeder, this is as good as it gets. Don't waste your money on cheaply made wood structures that will disintegrate with weather and sun.

Enduring
Extremely well made feeder that is easy to clean, very durable and sturdy, and the birds flock to it. The glass bowls are generously sized for jelly or meal worms, and the large screws make it easy to affix the orange halves to the feeder. The orioles love this feeder and found it almost immediately after installation. I'm looking forward to using this feeder for years to come.

All BIRDS Love it!!
This is the BEST for sturdiness, cleaning AND the bids LOVE it! We have not only the Orioles but Warblers,CatBird,Purple Finches,Orchard Oriole and YES one Robin that has a real sweet tooth too. The bright orange has to be one of the attracters as well. So happy we purchased this feeder. PS: I daily fill both plastic dishes with jelly....the oranges last a few days longer. Such a delight to watch all the beautiful birds and activity!!

It's a really nice feeder but I never had many orioles eating out ...
It's a really nice feeder but I never had many orioles eating out of it. They preferred my older feeder that I had out. Rain would get on the jelly but I could pour it out. I put it away and I will try again next year.

As advertised
Still trying to get Orioles to come into the yard for the orange halves, but it is just as advertised. Construction and material seem like they will last many years.
