My eight year old learned about this game at camp and fell in love. And now that we have played a few times I can see why. Idially you would have three or more players, but there are variations for two or for solitaire. Yes, you learn about food chain and cycles, but also it is a good strategy game.

We use this game to teach food chains and food webs in Introductory Biology. It really helps the students make connections, plus it’s fun!

Food Chain Game
My son played this game at school and he really enjoyed it and wanted it as a gift. It's a great game to introduce the food chain to kids, but maybe not the most exciting game for adults.

My kids love this game
My kids love this game. Both boys, ages 5 and 8. We play it weekly. Fun way to learn about animals and what they eat.

Ok if you want to come up with your own rules.
Terrible game with 3 players. Did the makers even play it after they came up with the instructions? We are still trying to figure out how to modify the rules to make it playable and fun.

My kids love this game
My kids love this game, especially my 7 year old son. He was first introduced to it at school and was so adamant about owning it I had to get it for him. He and his sister play it and really enjoy it.
