It's efficient and can't beat the price.
Been pretty happy with the results of this yeast. Whether in a tempeture controlled setting or simply cool dark space. It goes to work quick and is efficient normally completly dry within 7-10 days and leaves a good flavor. after.

I was very happy you will be to
I was looking for a yeast to make pineapple cider with and came across this yeast I figured why not it's supposed to keep the natural flavor and has a high percentage I made 5 gallons of red original gravity 1.110 thro this yeast in and not did it go to work that wine went super dry super fast but you can still taste the sweetness of the grapes I've no doubt if I racked over to secondary and bulk aged for a year or so it'd be a really fantastic dry red if your looking at this yeast and reading this stop and just order already its cheap and works fantastic

Great yeast for pear cider
I've had pretty good luck with this one, it's known for its ester production and it's really great for pear cider, as well as cosmic crisp apples.

Works well.
No complaints. Makes a good product with good flavor. Used multiple times, seems to take about 10 days to ferment cider without using nutrient.

Dry and tart
I used this yeast to ferment 16 gallons of fresh-priced cider, split into three carboys, each sweetened with honey. The cider was very dry at the end (0.9883) and pretty tart with a strong apple aroma and overall good flavor, which a lot of my friends really liked.

Delish!
I'd have put a photo but we already drank all the cider, lol. Very awesome yeast that won't let you down for a quick batch!

These packs have not worked
The dates on these packs are 2025, but I've added 2 packs over the last 2 weeks to my cider and nothing at all. I've made hard cider several times in the past using Mangrove Jacks and it's been great. So I'm not sure if these were stored in high heat or were possible damaged during transportation, but these packs are no good. I'm not new to this either, I've used several strains of yeast brewing over 50 batches of home-brew over the last 10 years. This yeast is just not doing it's thing.

Used in Brad Smith's cider recipe and it was delicious
Typically use SafCider but decided to give Mangrove Jack's a try and may never go back. Excellent attenuation, clean flavor, no sulfur production. Looking forward to the next batch!
