This pillow was worth the money. It saved me from constant pain!
I had a car wreck a little over a year ago that involved my head being turned to the side during a whiplash incident. Sleep has been next to impossible as turning my head right and left always caused me pain and gave me terrible headaches the next day. It is really hard to control your head movements when you are asleep!I tried numerous other cervical pillows, but they tilted my head forward which caused further strain on my neck, traps, and suboccipital muscles. I actually was trying to build something in the shape of this pillow to keep my head facing straight with my neck supported and the back of my head on the bed. Nothing would stay in place. Sleeping on your back in one position all night is not easy, and trying to rig up something to force you to stay that way is generally not a comfortable option. I hated trying to sleep. Every night was a struggle.Enter the Pillo1 Gel-Infused Memory Foam Pillow. I had some reservations about purchasing it because of the price. After all, I'd already tried so many other pillows, and had spent a good deal of money on them. It seemed like it would do what I needed, so I got it. It did the trick. I sleep much better and I almost never wake with neck pain - unless I've rolled off of it, which is pretty hard to do. Sleeping on my back all night is now not too bad since I am very comfortable.I got the small pillow - I have a small head and am a 5'5" woman. It fits me well anatomically. I did end up adding a couple of folded pillow cases to the underside of the neck portion and a couple of folded flat sheets to the top of the sides to give me a bit more arch in the neck and restriction of movement of my head at night. This has been a perfect adjustment for me. The large pillow is taller by an inch and a half. Considering buying it as well. Wondering, though if the head cutout is also larger, which wouldn't suit me due to my small head size.Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with this purchase. It has helped me so much. I highly recommend it!

Perfect neck support!!!
I have been dealing with neck pain, arms falling asleep and headaches. I have been going to a chiropractor and they recommended a pillow similar to this and it was too high for me. This one is perfect. It supports my neck and let’s my head lay straight instead of up on a pillow. I can then roll on my sides with no issues. My arms don’t fall asleep and my neck isn’t stiff and hurting in the morning! It is worth every penny! I have tried just a neck roll which was gray except I couldn’t lay on my side very easily. My husband got one too in the large size and loves it!

Cervical neck pillow
Love this pillow can’t tell a huge difference yet but I didn’t really have to adjust like it said I went to sleeping with it that night and I do feel a difference excited to see how it helps long term.

2 months later, amazing!
So, who would buy a $135 pillow??? Crazy right? I thought so, too. But here's the thing, I have issues with my neck. Started in jr high. The neck muscle will spasm and clamp up so hard my head will be stuck in that position. Can't move left, right, up, down at all. And when I try, excruciating pain! When I walk, when I lay down, when I sneeze, excruciating pain!!! But it only happened once a year or so. Started going to the chiropractor regularly. As I got older and got a job, I would have to call in when this happens because I'm in tears just trying to get out of bed. I would go to the doctor, chiropractor, massage therapist. In the last couple years I started going to my expert massage therapist every single month just to try to prevent this from happening! (That's alot of money!) So this year alone, in June I woke up like this, had to call in on Friday. Heating packs, aleve, took it easy all weekend, made massage appointment, went, felt better next day. Woke up Monday morning, worse than before!!!! Had to call in again!!! Was so frustrated! And I was sleeping on my back with just a warm rice bag like a rolled up towel under my neck. My bed is expensive and new (within 5 years). I know how to baby myself and don't stress. But durn thing still trying to kill me!!! So I start looking around at pillows because I have this theory if a pillow just looked like this, I wouldn't hurt myself if I rolled over on my back in the night. Sometimes when my neck goes out, this is the cause. I wake up on my back with my head propped up by my pillow. I never sleep on my back but seems recently my body has decided it wants to in my sleep....grr. So I found this pillow but was like pfft I'm not paying that much for a pillow with no reviews!! So I sit on it in my wish list, keep looking, etc. So here comes August. Tuesday morning, wake up crying. Call in, massage etc etc same ole routine. Feel better next day, go into work because I'm running low on days, take it REAL easy! Nope, next morning wake up worse than before!! So I ordered this pillow before I even called in or attempted to get up! This is costing me so much more by missing work than what this pillow costs! So its November now and my neck is still being good!! If I roll over, I go right into the hole and no problems!! It feels great! I did give myself time to adjust to it, lay on it an hour then go back to regular pillow, work up to whole night, etc. I got the petite one because my neck is scrawny and I'm 5'3". I measured my old pillow's thickness and thought the 4" (or whatever this is) would be a bit higher than mine but it feels great. My head just sinks into it and my shoulder fits right in the nook. On my back it supports my neck while still feeling like I'm laying on a cloud. I think it's even reduced the swelling on my neck that I thought was fat lol. Right in the back where that one bone has a knot. I'm glad I don't have to be a hunchback anymore! I'll keep waiting a few more months and check in again!
