Definitely size up!!! My dog is usually is a size small, but she was a large for this particular jacket. I contacted the seller and got a quick response (recommended sizes: Medium is up to 7 lbs, Large up to 10 lbs, XL up to 13 lbs). I was able to get a size large and it was exactly what I was looking for! Luna is 9 lbs and large fit her perfectly. Luna looks so adorable and comfy. There are reflective stripes for her safety. Also there's a hole for the leash to go through.

Unlike most companies when you buy stuff for pets!I got the Large (said to fit an 8.4 lb dog - average build/not overweight). It did perfectly! Good thick quality unlike the RC pets one I bought (sizing forced me to accidentally get one too small, but the next size was too big and floppy). This snaps. Hood can go back for better vision, covers tummy which is helpful for lil guys during rainy days! WILL BUY AGAIN!

I’m not normally into dress up for my dog but I hated walking her when it’s wet out. This seemed practical enough to me but I wasn’t sure if it is just for looks or will it actually keep her from getting soaked. To my surprise it actually did it’s job and all I really had to do is wipe her paws down after the walk. If you’re into the dress up, she did get a few compliments when I was out with her.

My zBichon Frise Zloves her new raincoat! She even leaves the Hoodia on if I roll it up a little so she can see. LOL. IY FITS HER PERFECTLY.SHE HAS THE YELLOW XL SMALL. I MEASURED a number of times to get the right size. She has so much hair, it was hard. I also wanted to make sure the length was long enough. She is 17 inches in length from base of neck to tail end on body. I would have never thought she would have worn an XL, but it is under SMALL DOG. I ordered another and it was a medium by another company. However. This one is my favorite because it is easier to get on and more lightweight, but would keep her warm in the rain. I am verybpleased with this purchase. When I have time, I will take a pic and post it. You can't beat the price!

I love this coat, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (XL) for my 10 lb. Chiweenie. She is a little long so I figured it would fit but it was too big so I gave it to my daughter's Yorkie mix who is 2x my baby's size. It fit her dog perfect so I am ordering a medium, hopefully that will be a good fit. But, it is wonderful and keeps them dry and fashionable!!!

I got this for my boston terrier puppy. she’s 4 months old and I got a size large. nice material and very fashionable. The size large was perfect because she still has room to grow. the reflective stripes were a cute touch. It’s a must buy 😍❤️💕.

Absolutely love! My buddy is around 7 lbs and wearing an M. It's perfect size for him (if anybody needs size reference). Not tight around the neck and comfortable for his size. The bottons on the raincoat are a great feature to keep the raincoat in place and easy for my buddy to wear. Happy that there’s an opening on top for his harness and leash to come out of.

It’s very cute and looks like good quality but I have to return because although I ordered the correct size it’s a bit short on the back, and when my dog gets fluffier it’s going to be too tight around the chest. I suggest to size up.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Wow this is tiny. I ordered a small and it fits my 3.5 month old Shih Poo Puppy. He is under 5 lbs and it just fits. I am returning for a medium since he will outgrow it in a week.For the price it's great quality. Rain proof. A flap for the leash. He is wearing a collar under the jacket here. Very cute. I do not find the snaps as delicate as some reviews said, but I am gentle with my things.Small would be good for tea cup breeds I think.

Dog is 12 pounds and I ordered the largest size possible. It just barely snaps around his chest. He hates it and I can tell by the way he walks in it that he feels restricted. He also looks like a bit of a dork and the hood goes past his eyes when up so I have to keep it down around his shoulders instead. It also doesn't keep him very dry. More mid top dry with 1/3 back, 1/3 front end and chest still coming home wet. I think it looks silly..... however, everytime we pass the seniors home, the ladies there think hes absolutely adorable.

The rain doesn't blind my dog as much with the little hoodie and I assume he gets less cold since the water doesn't go directly on his fur. Nevertheless I had to roll the sleeves because his paws gets inside when he runs, making him turn into a flashy armless burrito; or, his paws get inside the torso part and get out from the front, in between the buttons.I met a man who was laughing his posterior off looking at Coco. He then asked if he could take a picture of him. My cat, whose style is on the gothic spectrum, also seemed to find the dog odd looking. But I really enjoy the look. Plus, it's from Canada!
