This is an excellent pastry mat. Love the large size. I used it to roll out pie dough and it worked out great. The non-slip surface keeps the mat in place. It also made clean-up very easy. I usually roll my dough between 2 sheets of wax paper and was still able to use this method with ease. Will be using it next month when I roll cookie dough to make gingerbread. So happy with this purchase.

Thick and tacky on the underside this mat stays in place, is easy to read, easy to clean and to store. The guides lines are thick enough that they remain visible while working dough and the conversion charts are useful. I got the mid-sized mat, and it is plenty large enough to work dough for 2 loaves of bread, a dozen scones or a 9" pie crust.

Just finished making Thanksgiving pies and had to come write a review for this mat. It has made baking so much easier. I like that It's a clean surface to work on, easy cleanup, makes rolling out piecrust easy with the guide. Also, can use so much less flour because of the nonstick surface. Also great when baking cookies I love this mat.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Buying the larger size was a smart move IMO. Covers my work area well, which makes cleanup easier. Excess flour and dough stays on the mat. The silicone makes it stay in place and not slip & slide while kneading and rolling. Love the helpful conversion & other info printed on it too. Maybe should have been in a darker color to make it easier to read, but it’s less of a distraction the way it is. The pan sizing in the center of the mat is very helpful. Cleanup is as easy as rinsing it off in the sink, hanging to dry or patting it dry with a towel. They included a fabric covered hair tie to make storing easy too. I think that was a nice touch. I definitely recommend buying this one if you’re looking for a durable, larger sized mat.

Works very well when you're making bread, we're even using sticky substances. It can go in the oven as well and as useful for many other things,. It cleans very well was just soap and water and then drawing with a towel and then it rolls up for storage.

This mat is so nice. When making bread it doesn’t stick to it when kneading which is nice because it prevents unnecessarily adding extra flour. The more you knead it the less sticky your dough becomes. It performs very nicely as you only need to wipe it down when you’re done using it. I take a soapy cloth to wipe it then a wet cloth to rinse it. I let it air dry then roll it up and put it in my drawer. It’s pretty large and I use mine on the counter or table. It states not to cut on it as it may damage it. I use a plastic utensil to cut on it instead. It has several pie pan sizes on it permanently marked so you can roll your dough to the correct size. I love this.

I love that it is slip resistant,The size is what I wanted,Easy to wash & It is very easy to store.

It was so easy to clean and was big enough to work my pastry and to knead my bread dough.

Perfect size! Have both inches and cm marked at the side and really useful when making egg tarts!
