I got these for Christmas to use on our deck where we frequently sit in the spring, summer and fall evenings. I have some real tiki torches as well but these are way less messy and easier for the tiki torch ambiance. The sound quality is best for background music at low to medium volumes. There are far better sounding bluetooth speakers for the beach, tailgating, party, etc. These are more for those quiet evenings to sit outside with some background music that won’t disturb your neighbors. I also use these with just the flame light in my music room. Give them time to charge initially and read the directions on how to pair two them. After that they are easy to use and pretty fun!

Purchased a pair for ourselves as well as individual speakers for each of our two sons. Speakers worked upon opening the box; they appeared to have a good charge already. Tested pairing speakers together and then pairing a primary speaker with a phone and with Alexa. No problems in any config whatsoever. Nice stereo effect when paired speakers are placed at far ends of room. Flame light effect is wonderful. Sound paired with phone is slightly weaker than when paired with Alexa but certainly acceptable and enjoyable. Sound fills ambient space like a Bose-type speaker. A little weak in the bass frequencies, but not shrill or tinny. A good value. I highly recommend.

As an LED tiki light, it's great and worth the asking price.I'm deducting one star because it could've been so much more if the audio quality weren't poor.Its thin, muddy, lacking in bass, treble, and max volume.Many other small bluetooth drivers with similar sized drivers sound quite a bit better.The small driver appears substantive for its size, so I expect the flaw is in the audio circuitry driving it.One thing they did get right is, it's extremely simple and reliable to mate two of these together for stereo, with one speaker playing the left channel and one speaker playing the right. No app required, no hassle, no fuss, unlike other bluetooth speakers I own with stereo mating capability.It still is excellent as a tiki flame-effect lamp, so if you don't care much about the audio, I recommend it.If your primary purpose is bluetooth audio, I recommend the LG PL5 XBOOM instead, which sounds incredible for its form-factor and its price, and last I looked was approximately the same price as a pair of these.

Perfect for our pool deck and also around the house. "Flicker light" is a nice touch. Only wish they had a little more volume. Easy to pair, operate, and good battery life! We love them.

These are nice, cheap speakers if you want something portable to have outside during a party. Especially if you don't want the music too loud. However, when I try to use them using the Echo's "Everywhere" group - the Echo units refuse to pair with them. They work great with music from just one Echo.

Bought as a gift. Smaller than I thought they would be. They give off good light. Somehow these outdoor speakers are now being used in the house. I have to admit they sound great.

I bore easy when sitting on our boat dock or at the beach, this really helps. I play steel drum music through them to give that vacation vibe and it's been great. My sister loves the tiki flame effect. I do wish the range was I bit bigger. I tried to put 1 on our dock and the other at the land end of the gangplank so we could still hear it while playing cornhole but it couldn't get a good connection. I may try again and shift them around to fit inside the range.With fall (Halloween) coming i could see using them at a party outside for spooky sounds and music and flicking flames. Wish I had more!Only down side is we wish they zapped bugs too 😆They did look a little worn/used when they arrived too but I'm not picky, as long as they worked.I was a little confused at first about turning the volume up, tapping the button was changing the song, holding the button changed the volume.

We like the size and quality of the sound

They are not great for sound but they are lovely lights, I use them all the time inside and out just for lighting ambiance.

The speakers alone were fine, loved the flickering flame effect however the reason I bought them was the pairing capabilities for my patio, and when paired there was a constant static noise from both, and the music was about a second delayed so they were never in sync. Had to return.
