I contacted the seller, GOODCARGO, and they replied in LESS THAN 24 HOURS, with clear instructions of what I was doing wrong. I contacted GOODCARGO again and the item had to be replaced. I received a new on in 2 or 3 days.I have been on-shopping since the 90s and this is a GREAT company.The digitsea 720 HD is a device that is meant to be set-up and forgotten.Connect the digitsea 720P to the bracket, plug it into a cigarette lighter, and forget it. It turns on when you start your car and shuts off when you turn your car off. 90% of my driving is by myself and I am hoping that IF there is an accident it will save me a $500 deductible.An added feature is that it records audio, which the teenagers have not realized; yet. I trust my kids but I don't know their friends that well. I can hear if anyone is distracting the driver.

Good for a starter.
Good for a starter Dash Cam. Playback on cam is decent but if you wanna download and play on your computer you need either a file converter or a program that will play .AVI files. Also when you do get files converted the audio and video are NOT synched. the video plays back at about x3 normal speed and audio is normal speed.
