So far over the last week I have been able to wear them for up to 4 hours before bed...in addition to these socks I use a rubber toe spacer and have just received my Lems shoes with a wide toe box. My feet feel better in a week! Going to keep using these for practice until I can sleep in them. My smallest 2 toes on both sides have always curled under the other toes and would get blisters sometimes from this. Time for a change and the change is happening quicker than I could have ever anticipated!Downside is the lump under the foot when walking on hard surfaces...but they are good quality and comfortable enough to lounge in.

I LOVE these socks. A year ago, I had squished up toes that curled under each other which made it painful to walk or run. I switched to minimalist shoes and toe spacers and these socks are the final step in my toe realignment transition. It’s been a long journey but so worth it. Even though I’ve used spacers for awhile, these socks after just a week already make a difference in realigning my toes even further. If you have never used toe spacers before, these socks will hurt at first.The socks are soft, warm, and perfectly relax my feet. I never realized how much tension I carry in my feet but now after a long day I can throw these socks on and they force my feet and even my legs to let tension go. The stitching at the bottom of the socks make them uncomfortable to walk in, as others have mentioned. Highly recommend, just be patient if this is your first attempt at fixing your toes because the socks will be painful at first!

Very soft, easy to use. My "problem" toe and why I bought these socks is my big toe on my right foot is turning inward from years of high heeled shoes. I would have liked the separator between that toe and my second toe to be thicker. I think I will eventually have to try some cotton between those toes when I wear the socks, but I wish I didn't have to do that.

I wish I would have understood how bulky these are before purchasing. Unless you're willing to walk around your house wearing only these socks, which in my house would nean they'd quickly have dog hair all over them, I don't understand how these are practical. The ridge that connects the toe separators completely surrounds your foot. It is so bulky, I have no shoes or even sandals I can get my feet into over these socks. The side to side width across the area of this ridge wearing the socks is 1-1/2 inches more than the width wearing regular socks. I would advise considering before purchasing whether you have shoes with a toe box that much wider than your normal size or whether you are able to wear these socks alone. The only thing I can figure out is to wear with a pair of cheap flip flop sandals but the toe thong on top of the big toe separator is not comfortable.

I've had numbness in some of my toes. While I've not used these enough to give conclusive evidence they really work, I've enjoyed wearing them so far and they've provided some relief. I was recommended these by a friend of a friend and am pleased thus far.

Recently got these to help with a neuroma in my foot and other foot pain. These are an easier to get on and off than toe separators. I do not walk in them. I put them on when I know I am going to be seated to read or watch tv. I haven’t had them long so I can’t discuss longevity but the quality is good. They are not tight around my foot either. The separators are a good fit for my foot as well.

These are so easy to wear and so comfy. Definitely start slow by using it for 15 minutes at a time, but I've had them on today for 1.5 hours so far, and I forget I'm wearing them at this point. I have the little gel ones too, but these socks stay put, and don't feel like awkward pedicure wedges that make you walk in your heels. 😂

I can only wear them at night for a few hours. It has been getting easier, and the hours longer, but my baby toe HATEs them. I wish I could wear them around the house, but there is a bump that makes it awkward to walk in.
