I like the concept, I loved the material, I loved the support that it gives to the breasts & upper back, however - the steel boned lines in the back I didn't like. I also didn't like the way it made everything look once all fastened. I was able to go to each level on the eyelets except the very last one. So I tried each to see what would be the most comfortable and best look. Each pulled it all in but instead of kinda flattening the stomach, it more or less made mine look round...like flat under the breasts, round (protruding) in the middle and flat again toward the bottom if that makes sense! I'm trying to describe the best way I can, looks nothing like the girl pictured (but she doesn't need one anyway!). The length of it goes to the crack of the buttocks or a little past, which is good however, the steel boned lines in the back cause it to bulge back there right above the butt/below the waist and its not a good look. So overall, I have mixed feelings about this garment and decided I am going to return and give up this solution. I've tried two different brands & sizes, it doesn't work for me. Good luck ladies!

fits as most other reviewers have claimed, i've had other waist cinchers and expected to be uncomfortable and bound. but this does the exact same thing but....its not only comfortable you really can wear the slinkiest off outfits without any fear of it showing. for some reason it rolled up in the back and i thought i read that a customer had an issue with that but i pulled it down a couple of times and but my spanxlike undergarment on top of it and it stopped. now i say spanxlike but really nowhere near the fit more like a cotton lycra not a whole lot of support but did keep from rolling up in back. now with the other cinchers that i've had it is recommended to wear 2 hours at a time and i'm telling you after two hours i couldn't get it off quick enough. but with this product i left it on all day. i'm telling you, for the price this is unbelievable and i'll be able to wear it for several sizes down.

The Trainer didn't run as small as some of the comment seen.. I order a large cause of the run small suggestions so I will just order a medium shortly.. It works good with tightening everything up.. The only problem was it kept riding up I'm not sure if it was from the type of work I do or what.. I would suggest this to others though

It's decent for the money. There is a lot more give to the fabric than anticipated but overall is a good purchase

Should have ordered smaller size, but it works, i end up sewing a seam in back to tighten up, im gonna order again, but a size down, its good and strong

I am mostly satisfied however the arm straps dig into my skin causing them to be sore after wearing for awhile.

Not what I expected. It fits larger than I wanted. Doesn't provide much cinching of my waist. I was expecting an all spandex product. This one is too bulky where the fasteners come together. Would like to return it for a refund. ... Jo Ann Young

Snug, but tantalizing. Have had good experiences iwth it, but not something you'd want to wear all day.

Does its job & keeps the wife's whoppers in place
