Hilton Bay Kids JR75 Sunglasses UV400 Rated Ages 5-12

Purchased these sunglasses for my 9 year old son for baseball. He is of average size (in the 50th percentile). He loved them.Review:The glasses have a rubber coating on the ear pieces to prevent the glasses from slipping off. He has run around in the outfield and the bases and the glasses haven't fallen off once.They are dark enough to allow him to catch the baseball even while facing the sun but not too dark that when moved to a different part of the field that is shaded he has to take them off.They offer an accurate unaltered view of the field. I was concerned because some glasses can alter depth perception but these work perfectly.I was initially afraid of them causing him headaches but they are light enough that he can wear them all day.They are also very durable. Although this is not the preferred method of storing the glasses initially I did not buy him a case to keep the glasses in so he threw them in his baseball bag in a thin microfiber bag. Over the season they were smashed by his glove and helmet among other things and still come out working every time.In addition he is still using them for his second season of baseball so they have some give/flexibility to them.Pros:-Inexpensive perfect for kids-Rubber coating on the ear pieces to prevent the sunglasses form slipping off-Tint is dark enough-Very light-DurableCons:-None

These are great sunglasses. It was hard to find some that would fit my son, until I found these. Little guys play baseball too! We've had them through a full tournament season. They have held up pretty well, have very little if any distortion, and keep my son from getting red bloodshot eyes when being on the field all day. The only thing I wish is that they would've came with a case. I didn't think about needing one until my son threw them in his bat bag and scratched them a little.

I got these for a five year old (soon to be six) that runs track. He wanted something that would keep the sun out, but not fall off his face during a track meet. Okay, he isn't going "that" fast at just 5, but very little separates 1st and last place in the 100 meter dash, regardless of age. He also wears them during track practice including jumping into the sand pit. They stay on quite well, look good, and work well for doing some blocking of the sun's rays. I am not sure they would fit a 12 year old, even with adjustments. But, really excellent for the younger age range (I would say less than 10)

Glasses fit my 9 year old great. Perfect for baseball

I ordered these for my 9 year old daughter to wear playing softball. Upon receiving them was fairly pleased as they look and feel pretty decent for the price, however her first time wearing them the rubber ends came off which was one of my big reasons for choosing them hence the rating of only a "3". The ends seem to slip on and off fairly easy and amazingly enough, she hasn't lost them yet but I'm sure it won't be long.

The sunglasses fit my nearly 5-year-old son perfectly and felt like much better quality than the glasses I've bought from the kids clothing stores at the mall.Unfortunately, the ear pieces slide off the frame, and this proved too tempting even for my normally careful kid. Within a week, one piece slid off (probably because he'd been playing with it) and got lost. Then he threw the other ear piece away so both sides would be the same. sigh.

These were really cute but smaller than I expected. My son is 10 and they say up to 12....but I think they will look really small on his face. Of course there is a big difference between what will fit a 5 year old and a 12 year old and all of the glasses had a large range like this.

Good kids sunglassses that is inexpensive so breaking or losing this won't set me back as other more expensive ones would. This fits my son well when he needs it for sunny days and when playing non-contact sports. The color is more of a burnt orange and he likes it. It does not pinch him anywhere either. The quality for the price is good and, while not Oakley or other top brand name, it does the job.
