It is a very good, sturdy safe! Fast shipping, solid! I like the screws inside if I choose to mount it to the floor or to any other surface, very nice addition. Just the perfect room that I was looking for in a very nicely built safe!

Great safe for the price. I have seen similar safes cost three times as much. It's just a steel safe with no fire or water protection but it does the job I wanted.

I did not give 5 stars just bcuz the pic of item shows a shelf that it does not have. BUT the item is great. Nothing wrong, works perfect.

received a safe that did not work at first. contacted the seller and before I knew it another one was sitting on my porch. did not have any problems at all with the second one works great! really appreciate the was I was treated by this seller.

After a couple of months the keypad wouldn't work. Battery was good because it would triple beeps if buttons were touched and the low battery indicator light was not lit. Of course the keys were misplaced so I had to break in to get to my documents. I get that I lost the keys so the malfunctioning keypad doesn't deserve a 1 star rating but here's what does. I took a hacksaw and was into this "safe" in less than 5 minutes. This saw is a hand held manual tool, not a power tool. Bottom line is it's poorly constructed with substandard materials.

OUT OF ALL MY PRODUCTS I ORDERED OFF AMAZON THIS ONE WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT, THE ONLY PRIVACY IN MY HOUSE HOLD , THE DIGITAL CODE WILL NOT SET !!!!!! I HAD 20 DIFFERENT PEOPLE COME AND TRY AND I LOOKED IT UP ONLINE AND I THOUGHT MAYBE IM JUST DUMB. BUT NO, I HAVE TO USE THE OVERRIDE KEY AND GOD FORBID MY CHILD GETS INTO IT AND GETS MY GUN, AMMO, MEDICATION, ETC. VERY DISAPPOINTING GUYS. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR . Good little safe. Works well for not very valued things. Good for "petty cash" situations. Front heavy so be careful when you open the door. If its sitting close to a surface's edge, in the open door position, the safe may tip forward. Watch your toes!!! LOLOL
