4 Pair Set Sterling Silver Endless 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 24mm Thin Round Continuous Endless Unisex Hoop Earrings

Attempting to contact customer service. None of my earrings are actually able to connect by fitting into themselves. Ive really looked at them and it seems like they have been shifted or bent in transport. It's not a user error either, my earrings simply won't close I've had others try and connect them also. I did buy these over a month ago, I just didn't realize that this company offers 100% satisfaction gurantee. They do seem of good quality though and I am pretty certain mine are just faulty. I will change my review based off of customer service.

These are wonderful earrings. They are perfect for kids because they don't have any backs. My 4 year old daughter wears them continuously. She even sleeps and showers with them on. I wear the largest pair continuously and they are comfortable enough to sleep in.

Nice earrings but difficult to fasten.

Its almost impossible to connect it to make the back close! Bends very easy and flimsy
