Food of Thailand: A Journey for Food Lovers

Was visiting a friend in the Netherlands that had this book so decided to order - is a great book for Thai cooking have already made several recipes in and all so far have been very good. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great book for someone wanting to experiment with Thai Cooking. The recipes are delicious and easy to understand. I borrowed this from a friend and kept it for so long I had to break down and buy my own copy.

My husband and son make Thai food all the time, and this has a lot of wonderful recipes in it.

It was a great gift to give to a family friend- great pictures and recipes!

the book was in excellent condition it is beautifully illistrated, I love Thai food,and I love cooking for friends. Have a friend that lived in Thailand for six years, learned to read write and speak fluintly while in Thailand. He had this book, I had to have one.

Great Book!

I bought this as a replacement for the same one and I can HIGHLY recommend this book. I have been making recipes from this book for years and it's always perfect. Everything from curries to noodle dishes, I got a secondhand copy which was in a great condition.

Great, authentic recipes (especially as Thai food isn't as readily available in the UK, as say, my native Australia!).The book was also in the description as described and smelt new.Small tip - some of the ingredients can be hard to get in the UK (galangal anyone?).

This series of books is fantastic. Great authentic recipes with real ingredients from the regions. Easy to find online or specialist stores. Only four stars beacuse the paperback versions always break down the seam :(
