Carry on was in perfect shape upon arrival with quick shipping. This product has everything a traveler could need in a carry on including several mobility options, USB charging capability, and added security with combination lock for zippers. I would recommend this product to any one and will purchase from this seller again in the future.

Great outside material- I don't worry about scratches. Zippers are very smooth. Wheels are smooth. Telescoping handle moves with ease. All these things can be annoyances with cheap suitcases, but everything works here. The charger pocket/ports are so handy instead of carrying a power brick in my backpack. It DOES come with a cable (USB/mini usb for powerbrick to port), which I thought was generous. Everyone should supply their own cable to their specific phone, IMO. The only con I have is no side handle, which makes it easier to pull from the overhead if placed in sideways. But that is a small con. Everything else is A+.

The case itself is nice. The one main reason I purchased the case was the built in exterior USB port for charging phones and accessories. Unfortunately the port was unused Le because the internal piece was bent out of shape and wouldn’t allow for anything to be plugged in for charging.

Hi, I just received this product and wanted to share that the product information is listed incorrectly. The weight is shown as 5.9 pounds - which is one of the reasons I purchased it - and it actually weighs 7.4 pounds! Also, in one area, it shows the measurement as 9 inches and in another area it shows 9.5 inches. It is actually 9 inches. The wheels seem to move very smoothly, all of the pockets are very nice, the zippers opened easily. The inner bracket on one side of the suitcase does stick out quite a bit but if you are packing clothes, they should adapt to the shape of the suitcase. I gave it 5 stars because of the features of the luggage as long as you're ok with the weight and dimension measurements

The USB ports don’t work ( big reason. I bought this suitcase). The suitcase comes with a warning that it is made out of toxic materials- wish I would have known that before I ordered it.

Was able to fit all my stuff into it without a problem. The usb charging port is definitely a plus and I was surprised that my big power bank fit inside the inside pocket. My phone charged without a problem and wheeling this thing around is a joy. This bag looks good and works well.

The carry-on is just great for any travel. I used it for my intl trip and it worked just fine.The charging works fine as well, though I did not use extensively.

I've liked everything about this suitcase, from the small but still roomy compartments to its maneuverability. However, in the sixth month of using it, it cracked badly during a trip last week. It split open at one of the upper corners. I'll be requesting a refund.
