It’s a good sharpening stone for its quality/price.
It’s a good sharpening stone.I use it to sharpen pocket knives, EDC knives, wood carving knives, and outdoor knives. For its price, you can expect guaranteed quality. Its price ranges from $12 to $15.You might think it’s small—because it is—but it’s a sharpening stone designed to be carried with you at any time of the day.Compared to larger stones that measure 8-9 inches x 2-3 inches x 0.5 inches with the same 3000-grit range, which cost $40-$100, this one is much more portable. And of course, you can’t easily carry those large stones unless you have a big backpack.I simply use the sides of the stone to sharpen my knives, as well as small chisels and gouges.Buy it—you won’t regret it!

eh
as much as I wanted to like this and really thought I would it just.... doesn't work. now I am not a new sharpener whatsoever. I have been free hand sharpening for many years and I know that some stones are slow and some fast and feedback and blah blah... the durability is questionable because no sooner I started doing passes on the curved side that ridges just showed up... so I thought we'll it's my technique.. re did the curve and tried again.... probably within 5 passes or less they were back. now the recurve I was sharpening was already decent with what I was able to do with it previously... after using this that edge was completely nonexistent. I even tried to cut myself! and it wouldn't do it... I guess I can still use it for... something? or I'll just give it away. at least it didn't break the bank for what I got.

Brilliant for turbine shaft and precision turbine component bore repair stoning.
These stones have ideal profiles and dimensions for turbine maintenance work and they survive hard use.

Nannie’s makes great synthetic stones. Great price on these shaped stones.
Price to value ratio is very high. Similar CBN coated stones cost 10x as much. Quality is high from Naniwa.
