Great grip tape for a MINI CRUISER! I decided to try this instead of the traditional sand grip tape and I don't regret it at all. It's water proof, comfortable and adds a little padding for a little extra shock absorbance and a smooth ride. Plus it looks amazing!! the adhesive was super sticky and has not come up even a little bit and I've been riding hard for the past 2 months. It was easy to cut and you can probably make cool shapes or patterns using this. The only thing is, since the mat is 3-D and some parts pop up (see photo), I have "chipped off" a few little corners but not very noticeable when I'm just riding or carrying it around. im sure this would not happen on a paddleboard or surfboard since you probably ride those barefoot while I ride my board using shoes or flip flops. Over all, I think it looks sick and I would do it again on another board.

I bought this non-slip mat to give my dog some traction while she perched on the front of my kayak. It adds a lot of extra grip and she was able to stand more comfortably while I paddled and maneuvered. I really like how easy it was to cut and stick to my kayak, the mat is thick enough to add a good grip and cushion, but thin enough to easily cut it with a pair of scissors. The adhesive is very strong, it has been out in the rain,on a few kayaking trips, put through the dog test, and I do not see any signs of peeling so far. I added some tape in the center of my kayak port, which holds a lot of sitting water and the tape held up just fine to being partially submerged.I liked this product over other similar grip-tapes because it allowed me to fully customize it to my personal kayak and preferences. It would be perfect if the back of the product had a grid to help with cutting but that is just a preference and doesn't take away from the product.

I run a junior sailing program in Hawaii. We use Open Bics, a plastic rotomolded boat. They come with nonskid but it's just two strips and not very effective. We've used SUP pads in the past but the prices have shot through the roof.Cruising through Amazon one day I ran across these pads. Price wasn't bad and four pads pre boat should do the job. We put them on last week and they've just been through five days of classes. The kids that use them thought they did the job. No sliding around and comfortable to sit on.The only problem we ran into was two pads had corners lift where the kids pull themselves back on the boat after a capsize. No big deal. A little contact cement resolved it.We'll be buying more as we need them.

Used this on a used Jet Ski I purchased for $1000.00. Didn't want to pay $80-$100 since this ski is a little rough even though it runs great and is a blast to ride. This Traction Mat was a professional looking solution a a fraction of the cost. I even have some left over if I ever need it for another need.

It's a nice product but I feel like, along with similar products in this industry, it's overpriced for what you're getting. I bought it and cut it in half to put on top of my Rtic 20 cooler to offer some grip and just a bit of padding for when it's used as a seat. When cut in half its the perfect size for a Yeti or Rtic 20 cooler, so you could do two coolers, split it with a friend and what not. I used a metal square and a new utility knife to cut it evenly. I can't speak to cutting it with scissors but I don't see you running into any issues. I'll post pics soon.

Color was lighter than picture. That's a good thing tho. Used it on my boat to cover up some old holes from the bimini top we replaced. Sticks great, doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Great grip and durability. I'll definitely be ordering more for the deck of my bow.

I used it on my longboard to absorb shock. It made my ride much more comfortable. It's as grippy as my extra coarse grip tape. I thought it would be thicker. It's ike a thick carpet, but I don't think you'd want it much thicker. It does the job and you would not want the extra weight.It's very sticky. Sometimes when I leave my board in the car and a hot day at the grip tape starts to come a bit loose the stuff never comes loose that said, like most 3M adhesives I think you wouldn't have a problem taking peeling it off.I do wish you came and wider sizes I like to cover my whole board without doing it in strips.

Currently in surf culture their is a fad going on where surfers are applying traction pads in the area of where they place their front foot on the surfboard. This product would of course work great for that however I applied the track pad a little different.On the deck of my boat there is a slippery when wet portion of fiberglass. I stuck this track pad there and it hasn't moved since. Fish blood, bait guts, salt water and other corrosive substances have not been able to peel this guy up.
