What a delightful box set this is. I purchased the hardback versions and each book is a pure joy not only to read but also to hold in the hand. Each book is smaller in physical size than one would normally expect, but with its exquisite hardcover you really get the impression you are holding an original copy of each book.The text within is beautifully clear and easy to read on crisp white pages.My favourite HG Wells novel is included (The First Men in the Moon) as well as several of his best known books. What did surprise me though was the addition of a collection of novellas at the end of The Time Machine, which included The Empire of the Ants.A real first class product. I’m so impressed that I plan to get the HP Lovecraft hardback collection by the same publisher.

Pleasing cover, however unfortunately pages 66-126 of "The Invisible Man" are printed upside down, in reverse, and fused at the bottom, meaning I'll need to cut them apart and read it upside down since the return date has expired.
