These are great colors and doesn’t take a lot to get the color you’re looking for.

Fantastic color and a little goes a long way. It leaves no bitter taste and the black is actually black and not a grayish black. Fabulous product.

Americolor edible colors come out so vibrant without having to use much! No worry of overriding my royal icing because a little goes a long way! I like to get the bigger bottles of colors I use often, especially before the holidays.

I bought this gel to add vibrancy to my rainbow cookies. A drop goes a long way giving rich color payoff. I was shocked at how much punch a little bit adds to batter! Great product. Takes practice to gage how much (or how little) you'll need to get your desired effect. I put some in a bowl and used the tip of a toothpick to add a tiny amount at a time rather than pour from the bottle.

Beautiful color you can make it as light or as dark as you would like

I used this food coloring for my son’s first birthday cake, and was so happy with how it came out! Very pigmented and did not notice a difference in taste or texture. I used several other gel colors from this brand to mix different colors.

I have used many different brands of food coloring. This one is amazing! The color is bright and you don't need to use a lot to go a long way. There isn't that taste of food coloring like others I have used before. I can't wait to try the other colors!
