Item does NOT have a lid/cap as advertised in the picture!
Bought primarily as it has a lid. Product does not so am looking to return it. Basically falsely advertised.

Sturdy but not as pictured
The ground spike is sturdy and it arrived when expected but the plastic insert is not as pictured. Chose this one as I wanted a cap to cover the hole when not in use but instead it's just a plastic tube.

heavy duty piece of kit
Bought because I couldn't find the last spike I put in! It fits a 35 mm Brabanta dryer.It's sturdy. Did take precaution of hammering into ground with a piece of wood between it and the club hammer.Would buy again.Difficult to assess durability - think this means long term use.

Does what is required
Product as described and does the job. Have a minor issue but the company have been great in addressing it.

Good value
I did have someone to help to install, because it is long therefore take s some hammering in, but when it in is great .comes with the tube to cover no matter what the weather .

No Plastic insert/lid
Did not come with plastic insert/lid.Picture not accurate.Just the metal part, poorly wrapped and no instructions.Not worth the money, will return.
