Danbury Work Wear Men's Raised Padded Center Belt

UPDATE: 2014-05-21. The day after I wrote the review (below), I took a look at my pants and noticed that the dye from the belt has actually come off and stained the waistline of my pants. Not only is this belt slightly too small and not the best construction, it will actually damage your clothes. Do not buy this belt.------Wearing this belt as I write this. The picture is true to the color, but two things every prospective buyer should know. First, it runs small. I put it up against my other size 34 belts and it's missing a good inch or two on those. The holes still start at about the right place but I'm on the second-to-smallest hole and there isn't much "belt" left, it makes the tail look odd and stubby. I wish I ordered the 36, you should definitely size up when ordering. Beyond that it's been two weeks and the edge is already coming up at some points along the belt.Overall, this belt was cheap and you should buy it if you like the way it looks but be aware that you get what you pay for.

I bought this belt to match a pair of shoes from Aldo of "cognac" color. This belt looked to be a perfect match from the picture, but when it arrived the color was much darker and I would consider it to be brown, not cognac. The picture was VERY misleading as to the color. I plan to return it promptly.

I'm a 32-33" waist, so it's hard to gauge whether I order a 34" or 36" belt, without trying them on. At first I ordered the 34" size, but that was too small. The 36" belt looks and fits great. I wear the belt primarily with Dockers style trousers.

i think its not leather it looks like plastic r something other than leather but however it match my shoes

Very nice belt but had to return because my husband couldnt fit it- he hasn't wrapped his mind around the fact a sz 40 belt no longer wraps around his waist.lololol. He said the belt was sized incorrectly but the truth in secret is the belt was great in every way! I am definitely recommending this belt to men who unlikely my hubby honey, know their true waist size ;)

The keeper loop looks like it is stitched into place but it is actually held in place by what amounts to a single staple. It is literally a small piece of metal that you can bend with your fingers so if there is any stress put on it, it will break. Unless you don't mind paying $30 for something you will have to fix or return within 2 weeks of purchase, keep shopping.

High quality belt but runs small. With belts you are supposed to order a couple sizes larger but this will need to be about 3 sizes larger.
