Wonderfully bold morning coffee at a good solid price. You've just won a dedicated costomer.
Thought I would try a different coffee brand, as my "goto" choice has been S.F.bay Coffee's. But they keep getting higher in price every couple of months. Just no longer worth it. With some research I Found Neighborhood Social, Easy Morning Blend Medium Dark Roast Gourmet Coffee and decided to give it try. WOW !! Great Flavor, Great price per count. And two day shipping too. WOW !! I Love it. You now have a dedicated customer. And a happy one with your price point per cup. I will miss the biodegradable pods we've been using, as they fit into a modification ring I made for my kuerig 2, giving me the extended delivery options for a larger cup when required. Your cups/pods work only if I pre punch the drain hole prior to loading one. I'll look a little deeper in your website for a good Decaf blend, which my lovely mate requests. We received our first order of the morning blend, medium dark roast, just yesterday. And after my first couple of 14oz. cups, I thought, "wipe that satisfied smile off your face and write this review to say THANK YOU".I've passed on your URL to many of my retired friends, neighbors and relatives. As I consume my coffee nearly all day, every day. I'm thankful, and blessed we're acquainted now.

Good value not the strongest
I like strong coffee, with that said this is not bad but not as strong as I prefer. It is smooth and has no funny taste or after taste that some dark roasts have. On the strong scale of 1-10 I would put it somewhere between 7&8. I will enjoy it and probably buy it again for my daytime or evening drink but it falls just short of my morning kick me out of bed coffee. I brew my Keurig on 10oz, on 8 this would probably be as strong as I like but then the value diminishes. When I purchase coffee I look at cost per brewed ounce. At 10oz it is 2.7 cents per ounce if you have to brew on 8oz to get the flavor you want it is 3.375 cents per ounce. When you are shopping for value do the math. Hope this is helpful and bottoms up!

Coffee
It is - what it is.In a world where sheeple will line up for a half hour, to surrender $10 bucks, for 10 ounces of flavored water, this stuff can be viewed as a bargain - in time savings alone.Once upon a time, coffee was free with a meal, with free refills. On its own, maybe a nickle, dime or quarter.Times - they are a change.Of course, the $10 dollar version comes with artwork patterns in the creamer on the surface, incomprehensible additive combinations - all requested thru a language all its own.All this makes buying a $200 dollar coffee machine that loads pucks of coffee grounds make some set of sense ( or, not - as the case may be)This particular puck of grounds just makes coffee. Not cappuccino, not lattes, not anything exotic.Just medium strength = coffee. It does so for less than $1 dollar a puck, actually far less.If you run the puck twice, for a second cup of decade - it's even cheaper. The cost is ok, the flavor is ok, etc.Packaging (?) - what can ya say? Its a box.For some reason these boxes don't seem to travel well. The box is a fully adequate box.Yet, for no obvious reasons, they tend to take a beating.Even when boxed within another box, they tend to arrive looking like they have been sat on.May be its just me. They see my order an automatically select the remaining reject box twice mangled by a forklift. Not to worry. The pucks inside a d#@m near indestructible.Even the terminally dented ones.Just de-mangle them back in to approximate shape - and, the machine will still produce a cup of coffee.Bottom line:Relatively cost effective.Flavor (for a non-zero connoisseur) is fine. For those drinking for effect, the caffeine content gets the job done.

medium/light not medium/dark but Bold Dark Roast more to my liking.
This is a very light roast. I bought it because it was advertised as medium dark roast but was very disappointed. I like a bold roast between medium and dark and this is a very weak taste. Wish I could exchange it for the Dark roast they offer but no returns/replace on this item so I am stuck with 80 k cups that I will seldom use if at all.UPDATE. I now have the "Dark Bold Roast" and love it. It has a bold taste I really like and unlike other dark roasts, there isn't a heavy after taste. This has become my favorite coffee and the price is great. I prefer a dark coffee and this is perfect.

Lighter roast than marked, but priced well.
This coffee isn't awful. The flavor is fine and the price is right. However, the Medium-Dark is closer to a Medium-Light and the Medium is pretty light in the roast. I would probably put this near the tops of other coffees that are in the same price range. I would probably order again and think it would make a good office coffee K-cup if you are trying to save money.Edit: With the Medium Dark, I have gotten a couple of K-Cups out of the box where the coffee just comes out tasting foul and has to be thrown away. I haven't had that issue with the Medium roast, just on the Medium Dark. I have a filter on my Keurig and it isn't on every cup, so the water isn't the issue. I have lowered my rating down a star due to this issue.

It's not weak coffee like other reviews say!
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews... This is great coffee. Smooth, flavorful, no bitterness. It really is a warm welcome. I've been buying the Neighborhood Social Easy morning blend for months now, and thought, what the heck, I'll buy a box of the Warm Welcome blend and give it a try despite the negative reviews. I'm drinking my first cup right now. It's not a dark roast. It says right on it, light roast! It is mellow, but not in anyway flavorless. And remember people, the lighter the roast, the higher the caffeine content. It's a nice, smooth, flavorful cup of coffee. Truly good to the last drop! You can see in the picture that it's not weak coffee. I use minimal creamer, you can see that in the picture that it's not weak. I don't have a Keurig 2.0 I just have your basic. I chose the largest cup setting. It's lovely coffee. Go ahead and buy it. I'm a coffee snob and I love it as much as the easy morning!
