High quality, water tight seal
High quality door for homemade teardrops or as a replacement door. Water tight, high quality seals, window with screen is great. High quality door latch with handle lock AND a deadbolt lock. 2 keys. The only issue was with the drip cap: the screw holes do not appear to align with the screw holes on the door used for mounting. The screw holes around the door are covered with insert trim (included with door), so I did not install the drip cap on my door. Looks great anyways.

It was easy to install and works well. The weather is sealed outside, but the screen door is very helpful for cool nights.
