Out of the box it will look like you yourself were the one who returned them. However that’s just the top removable protective sticker that’s all scratched. Underneath it’s brand new. Product is very very light and cheap feeling. I imagine plastic is used as the surrounding bezel to allow the product to feel vibration. If that’s the case then that’s fine. But realize that this thing can feel premium if you just substitute with glass. I’m talking only about the outer perimeter. Then of course comes the liability aspect of that ;). I would like to see the bottom of the products with a little more grip but overall I don’t think it will matter since it won’t have enough room to move around. It would just take away from the cheap plastic feel I guess. In any case just consider using something that feels more premium. Also, the overall color of this without the light show is grey to gunmetal grey. Is there any way to make it black so it matches the interior better? Overall for the price and the fact that it works just as intended with just the right amount of light so as not to tread into the fast and furious category , I give this a perfect score. Keep improving you’re definitely on to something with this.

They lost their charge before I could see them in action. To recharge them means taking them out of the cupholder completely, since the outlet to plug in the charger is on the bottom. But they are so thick and so perfectly sized, that it's nearly impossible to pry them out. I've tried a screwdriver, a nail file, but that just nicked up the sides, and next will need to remember to bring a suction cup out to the car. I'll then release them directly into the nearest garbage can. Total junk.

Is this for real? For something that should be so simple, I can’t even begin to decipher these instructions. I included a photo of the instructions so you can decide for yourself. “When the light is on, if the light is on, the light will go out.” “ After the light is bright, the light is dark “ WHAT? Not to mention that I just paid $20 for something I’m pretty sure goes for $4 at the swap meet. Amazon should really do a better job of screening their vendors.

These are inexpensive and it was very easy to charge them and set them up with my preferred color, and they work as advertised. Turn on when it is dark and the car is in motion, off when the car is still. My only beef is that both of them looked as though they had been used before, lots of scratches on the surface of each of them. Not really apparent when it is dark and they are on, but still only 4 stars as a result.

Never got these to light up and can't get them OUT! So,there they sit in the holders...little plastic logos that do nothing. Audi 2018 Q7.
