needs to be clarified in listing that the item is not rechargeable, and only works when plugged in. i purchased because i thought it was rechargeable. works great though, just have to attach it to a cord lol

This product heats up pretty fast and the high setting is pretty hot. I had a sock and leggings on under the heating device and it still gave me blisters. Just be careful. The low settings did not seem to give much heat at all and that's why I had on the high setting which didn't seem hot enough to cause blisters.

Unfortunately, I was never able to gain the full experience of using this product. The USB cable was missing from the package And it seem next to impossible to find out where to order a replacement cable.

I thought I can charge it for a few hours and use it but you LITERALLY have to be sitting by the socket in order for the item to work. All three temperatures feels the same. It didn't really help with the swelling. It doesn't heat the whole ankle only the one spot where the heat comes from and touching only the right side

I love it because it applies heat exactly where I need it to help. I had surgery on my ankle a year ago on this has helped more than my heating pads since I no longer have to keep adjusting it every two seconds to be where I need it. Wish it didn’t have to be plugged in to heat but it’s a small sacrifice to make for this!

Works fine but the only thing I wish that it was a rechargeable and you can wear it without having it plugged in

Bought this for my husband and he love it! He put it on the highest level and wear a sock, this ankle heating pad is trucker approved 🙌🏾
