The ricer needs a little improvement, but works okay. The customer service, however is outstanding! The company strives to insure the customer is satisfied with their product and sends e-mails to inquire whether or not the product was received and if it is satisfactory. I suggested a few changes to improve the product and the suggestion was met with a very agreeable response to take the suggestions under advisement. Very gracious. Recommend you give it a try, I am pickier than most. The multi-peeler and scraper are very nice and work quite well. Great company!

I have had the Potato Ricer for a few weeks now and I do love it. I have made several lbs. of Potato and Cheese Gnocchi's and this ricer has made that possible :) . A very sturdy and solid ricer indeed. If I needed to , I would buy this very same one again but, I do believe this is made so well , I will never have to . Not an exceptional ricer.... stamped metal versus cast. But it may be adequate and strong enough for longer term use. Time will tell. The extra utensils were a waste.... They are cheaply made compared to Oxo items for same purpose.

I just love this, I watch allot of cooking shows and see them being used all the time. I finally broke down and got one, I had my doubts on how well it was going to work but to my surprise it works GREAT!!! I should have got one long ago.....

Just what I ordered, fast delivery, fast service. The product is just what I wanted, so easy to use and it strips the potato skin as it mashes the potatoes. The peeler and scrapper was a bonus too. Will buy from this company again!!!!!

This was my first time using a ricer. It really is a fantastic product. It makes the potatoes amazingly smooth. This ricer is very well built. It is easy to use and very sturdy. Thank you Kwik Kitchen I will definitely buy more products from you!
